I think this song and their other song "Caviar"(aka "What will I say") are particularily interesting, simply because they are the only two Ylvis songs i know about that actually has a very serious undertone to them and are not straight up comedy.

The song is about all the hate Matte-Marit recived when she was about to marry the prince. The people meant that she wasn’t good enough for Haakon because she had a shady past, with partying and drugs, and a that she was a single mom with a son and stuff. And all of this would probably be a shame to the royal family and stuff. And Ylvis are kinda making fun of all the people hating on her, because their just so damn jugdemental without knowing her at all. But love always win, and the people love her now ❤️
And their also making fun of a music type that is really popular in norway right now! Artists here make songs like this seriously, and then ylvis comes and make it for fun and makes it better than them 😂
