Most of the water in the tofu stir fry probably came from the tomato. I always remove the seeds and jelly from the tomato if I’m adding it to stir fry. I love them and they are encouraging me to eat more veg and technically less meat. Although a lot of hard work for one person living on their own, but because of you I’ve actually bought one of those little trays with a silver bottom and like a cooling tray on top love it
