      For example a man in my town found out his wife was cheating on him, he never committed a crime. Now three people are dead. He killed his wife her lover and himself. This is where most gun violence homicides take place. In a domestic dispute. By a law abiding citizen. Then at the end he wasn’t.

I could've finished it off if I just used a brace. The whole regulation is just silly to begin with.

    • @inkednpierced4u53
      @inkednpierced4u53 Год назад +5

      @BadHabitz there are 8 states that cannot even apply for and get a tax stamp due to ALL NFA items being completely illegal there. The only reason short barreled rifles are on the NFA in the first place is because the NFA originally included pistols but was removed because they knew it would never pass and they included SBRs with pistols but did not remove it with them. Anyways arguing FOR the NFA saying it is simply a $200 fee is absurd and I would argue that you aren't a 2A supporter at all if you agree with the NFA. No other Constitutional right has a fee involved to exercise it. The NFA is an illegal Law and anything that chips away at that is a good thing.

    I worked at one of the largest sporting stores in the US during Operation Fast & Furious - ATF came in more than once asking employees to turn a blind eye to certain individuals that might come in and make an obvious straw-purchase or who might not have the right ID or info to properly buy a firearm, and that they would track the guns and individuals. THANKFULLY management was paying attention and told them no the first time, talked to their corporate attorneys who told the management and employees, "do not do anything like this, even if the ATF asks - you _will_ be liable if/when something goes wrong."

      Exactly, the executive and judicial branches are not supposed to interperate the law at all. Judicial is supposed to simply look at the constitution, look at the laws, and judge based on the laws AS THEY ARE WRITTEN! It doesn't matter how they feel about it, it doesn't matter what they think about it. If the law is written that something is legal, than it is ALWAYS legal until the administrative makes a law against it. The 9th circuit (west coast) is WELL known for legislating from the bench. The executive branch, similarly, must uphold the law AS IT IS WRITTEN! Doesn't matter what they feel about it.

      @William Hanlon gun owners aren't "gun nuts". We just understand reality and know that bad people will always be out there.
      If you are too afraid to defend yourself, your family or your country with a firearm, by all means, sit back and do nothing. Noone will force you to fight. You can die while sitting on the couch just the same.
