Would like to know what mileage that duratec had done before you checked it? Also. it is a lot easier to check the chain when the engine is on the floor, try doing that when it is in the engine bay!!😮 Excellent video though!

You can get a Mazdaspeed valve cover for those engines which is aluminium alloy rather than plastic.

Cool, so I definitely need to do a timing set on mom's car. That top bit of chain moves up and down about an inch... I'll probably just have it taken somewhere. To be honest, this seems out of my league as of this point in my life
