The finger push-up is more impressive imo, it’s fucking unbelievable. The amount of pressure on tiny fingers is immense.. im personally a bodybuilder/power lifter and can do one arm pushups for days, but I just attempted a finger push-up and it literally seems impossible. Felt like my finger was going to break immediately 🤯

I'm obsessed with Shaolin culture and tradition, but, I have to say, I don't agree with what the present abbot of the Temple is doing, he is making the Shaolin a business, and consequently it is losing its essence. It's like going to a circus. It is so unfair on the monks, he treats them like a money-making machine. It really pains me to see that big crowd of tourists invading the temple, which is the mother house of all the Shaolin temples in the world. I don't know, but I'm sure the monks are not happy to entertain the crowds, I would refuse if I were them. There are other ways to make money for the monastery, using the monks is shameful.
If he were to put on any kind of weight he couldn't do that
