Well it technically never really was since you could always do the one at 2:16. But it's still the best one since it's still a lot of damage even without the clean hit and the most consistent.

it's all about distance if it's not reaching the wall you can do other ender moves like forward forward 2 3 or 3plus4 4

Yes unfortunately, Law's RD is very inconsistent as a wall combo except against big characters.
Not even double can do some these
Double definitely can do all of these, but consistency is more important which is why he wouldnt use many of these
