I like the split house twist and I think it could be a solid way to not allow Majority alliances to run the game. Like 3 weeks into the season I think would be a good place to put it to shake up big alliances. Also it would be like Survivor I just hope if they do bring it back it's for like a week
Worth noting it STOPPED a majority steamroll in BB24 as Terrance was only the runner up in the split HoH comp AND there's virtually 0 chance BB23 would've been a total Cookout steamroll with this twist as Sarah Beth won the Final 10 HoH and Derek X got in 2nd in it.
I also like the idea of the split house but it needs tweaking - maybe it have it all happen in 1-2 days. my major issue is that the house isn’t equipped for people to live in the backyard for a week.
I weirdly liked the temptation competition on BB19 where you could either compete for safety or throw it to become a 3rd nominee and screw with the house's plans for a backdoor by playing in the veto and having a shot to win. It's a cool gamble to have, especially with the factor of there not being a replacement if the 3rd nom is vetoed. With a couple tweaks and a better cast, I think more people will grow to like it.
Yeah I wouldn't mind a season with the Temptation Competition as the third competition for the first half of the season. That should've been BB19 instead of Paul's bracelets or whatever the hell they were doing.
There was a third instance of a secret room in Big Brother Canada 5, where William discovered a clue and was put on a secret mission to find a secret power. Having to search around for this secret room without anyone catching on is great because it adds some suspense to the game, and the secret power ended up being actually not too game breaking. The Black Hole Veto acted just like the Silver Veto from BB3, where it allowed the holder to remove one person from the block, but it did not protect them from being the replacement nominee. And if it were to be used, it would not be revealed until the end of the Veto Meeting after the regular Veto is (or is not) used. I'd really like to see this get brought back!
2:14 I was so excited for this twist and all its potential, until they revealed that one of the sides would be in the backyard (I immediately knew wall yellers would be a problem) and then it got even worse when two players got to pick who was on their side. The worse side should’ve been set up in the spare comp location (I always think of it as the BB Basement because that’s the first time I remember them having it), and the sides should’ve been chosen using the veto chips.
I don't remember if we got the secret veto, but we got the secret HOH last season and production screwed it up by allowing Jag to compete for HOH the following week. 🤦♂
The BBCAN2 version (valid 3 weeks and is used at the veto ceremony after the regular veto) was perfect and was basically the Big Brother equivalent of a hidden immunity idol. Shame they felt the need to tweak it afterwards to more underwhelming versions. The BBCAN10 one that could only be used for a single round was so stupidly lame.
Now that it is (probably) over now since jury is starting, i think big brother DEFINITELY needs to bring back the ai arena comp twist, three noms and a battle back in on live is very entertaining and seems to have kept many options in the air, compared to some weeks where we are like "oh yeah, player A is going home" for the whole week. Its great for entertainment. I wouldnt even mind if this was just the format in general from now on tbh, but definitely this twist needs to come back.

The first week of BB6 also could have had no winner if no one completed the obstacle course in time (again, low chance of ever coming up - I think the twist was designed to dis-incentivize people from using BB5's Six Finger Plan without actually foregoing veto.) And I remember during BB18 I was convinced that the decorations also hinted towards which envelope was the correct one (specifically that Ocho Rios being the only location with a number in it meant that the 8th envelope must have been the one with the Return Ticket - I ended up being completely wrong on this as that was the one Da'Vonne picked, but oh well.)
Honestly, I think BB18’s secret room discovery actually did have an impact. I think it was an illusion of a roulette, but that there actually was an impact in finding the room first. Paul found the room before anyone else and eventually it was revealed that he was the one with the round trip ticket when the twist ended. It seems less likely to me that he happened to get lucky and more likely that him finding the room guaranteed him the round trip ticket while everyone else got the one way ticket because he found it first. Obviously there’s no proof of this, but that is one wild coincidence if it actually was random.
This really makes me curious to if maybe ever theres been a secret room that was just... never found, like it was there the whole time and production maybe even hinted to a few people that it was there so they get their usage but it was just never found so they couldnt use it.

I'd switch Camp Comeback and Zombie Week; at least with Camp Comeback the main game was still being played simultaneously to the twist. With Zombie Week the ENTIRE game ground to a halt for an entire week until the twist was over.

The Safety Suite from BB22 and Temptation Competition from BB19 were great twists in bad seasons. The risk and reward factor was really cool, especially in BB22 when you had to strategically time when to play
My problem with the split house was how one of the groups was outside put them in a kind of cramped bb mobile home or in that space they used as the banishment area last year so I don't have to worry about them over heating out there. also it may be fun to do random draw or some other method then the HOH comp as opposed to the school yard pick that they went with.
With the veto before nominations one, I think it would be cool if they did individual challenges (like timed or something) and then they revealed the times after the nominations (or even played the veto before the HOH and revealed times after the hoh and noms)
One twist that BB25 also introduced that I thought worked well was the Exile power in Week 2. A player wins the ability to send another player into solitary confinement for 24 hours. Effectively protecting them from being nominated that week. Of course this was also effectively when Cirie was still running the show so she had Jared use it on Jag instead of Reiley, Would've been interesting what would happen if the HOH's target got taken off the board when they really want to target them. And on that note, maybe instead of rooms with secret powers, have it so the person who places second in HOH competitions will sometimes gain a double-edged power like that. It's something that doesn't protect themselves but can add an outside x-factor to the HOH's week. And its something not guaranteed to happen every week, so it also gives risk/reward to someone willing throwing a comp at the end.
There was one season of Big Brother UK that had a few twists that could be adapted into the US version. - One week 1, Big Brother asked for any of the contestants to go into the diary room. The one who did had the mission of getting the other contestants to nominate her. She succeeded and got safe from possible elimination. In the US version, a contestant randomly selected could have the secret mission of making the HOH nominate them. If they succeeded in this, they'd get an instant veto and could choose anyone to replace them on the chopping block. If they failed, they'd instantly become the third nominee and was up for eviction. - Few weeks later, the same contestant got the secret mission of giving food and clothing without getting caught to three extra contestants hidden in a secret room who were wearing nothing but Adam&Eve-themed underwear. She succeeded and won immunity and also got to evict one of the three extra contestants. The other two entered the House as new contestants. In the US version, that could be a secret mission for the HOH that week. - When they reached the top 4, Big Brother called anyone to go to the diary room. The contestant that did was given a suitcate with half of the final cash prize destined for the winner and he had to choose between keeping that half of the final cash prize and leave the house immediately (the actual winner would only get the other half) or refuse it for the chance to win the whole prize (he chose taking half prize and leave). In the US, the HOH in the top 4 could have the same dilemma but with the incentive that should they stay and win in the end, they'd get 250 000 dollars extra (that is, 1 million bucks in total). And while in the UK the other contestants were watching that happen through the TV scream, in the US would be kept a secret so the others couldn't plot against.
3:00 I would much rather have the split house happen earlier so there are more people voting at the eviction. With his it was implemented originally only 2 people would vote with the HOH of that part of the house casting the deciding vote. More people voting means more chances for an epic blindside and would be quite entertaining.
I loved Pandora's box! It can easily be resolved by production revealing to us what will be in it before the HOH is won. That way they can't give their favorites specific advantages.

The only thing with bringing back the Split House is if the division was actually random. Don't have the HGs choose teams and guarantee the majority controls both sides.
This. Having the sides chosen via schoolyard pick, if anything, helped The Leftovers rather than split them up. I would probably implement the Split House twist somewhere around the Final 12 instead of the Final 10 and the two HoHs select who ends up on which side of the house via random draw.
I noticed that none of the twists you mentioned were advantages (there was the high rollers room, but that was more of a method for implementing advantages than an advantage itself). I don’t know if this is because there just aren’t any advantages BB has done that you want back, or if you plan on making a separate video just on advantages you want back, but either way, one I want to mention is the BB Bribe from season 18. I love this advantage because it technically doesn’t do anything to directly change the game (it doesn’t affect who can vote, who can be nominated, etc), and yet, if given to the right player at the right time, it can completely change the course of the season. It’s an advantage that isn’t focused on the mechanics of Big Brother, but instead focuses on the persuasion aspect and encourages players to think outside the box. My one problem is that in BB18, the Bribe could only be used on the week it was introduced. I’d like to see it be introduced on week 1 and let it be used anytime the houseguest wants. Most advantages need an expiration date because they’ll become overpowered if they can be used late in the game. The less people are left, the less people who can vote or be nominated, the more impactful an advantage that removes votes or saves you from nomination becomes. The Bribe is the opposite. It doesn’t need an expiration date because it actually becomes less powerful the longer you hold onto it. The closer to the end you are, the better everyone’s chances of making at least $75k become, the less tempting a $5k bribe becomes. The gold bars from BB10 are similar, but I prefer the Bribe because you can’t keep the money yourself, which forces you to use it as a bargaining chip.

I would love to see you do your personal fan cast for a Reindeer Games season 2, casting 9 more big name players you would want to see again (who are likely to play again and also have history with each other) like I would love to see the Big 3 Dan (redemption for his Traitors performance), Derrick, and Will battle it out especially since it’s a mini season so it could be likely they’d come back.
I wonder if season 26 will try the split house again. I think 18 beds were counted in the house preview photos, meaning it's a larger cast in a slightly shorter season (not 100 days). To break up not being overwhelmed with too many double evictions, the split house could be an interesting way to speed up the game early on while breaking up larger alliances.
They need to do the split house twist earlier because final five is often a pretty boring game dynamic and comes down mainly to competitions. BB also implemented it really poorly so we only saw the inside group on feeds 95% of the time. I don't think BB really has the space and infrastructure to have houseguests living outside for a week. Feeds were awful that week and not only because we were sad Joseph was going to be evicted. If they can somehow put everyone inside and split the house that could work.
I think the concept of Split House is really good but could use some tweaking. But like... Joseph being knocked out cause of it isn't a good reason people shouldn't like it. Imagine if this was one of the many years the majority alliance was disliked and this played a major role in their weakening. People would have loved it.
haven’t watched bb18 in a while, so not sure exactly how it was implemented, but i think it could be fun to have the round-trip tickets, but let players steal them from each other or trade them for deals, with whatever tickets they leave the house with determining if they come back
im interested to hear what everyone thinks about this since I never see anybody talking about it I would like to see bb25 invisible hoh twist come back and it sucks that it was for 1 week only. what if, instead of a twist lasting for 1-3 weeks, it is brought out for the entire season, or at least a few more weeks?
with the split house i feel the biggest weakness during bb24 was that it took place too late so instead of getting a standard final 10 round we got two instances of the final 5, which is typically one of the more boring rounds. furthermore, the schoolyard pick to determine who was where could easily be gamed and the conditions of dyre fest fully were very much not ideal. how it could be improved: -do it prejury: i actually like the idea of doing it during the second or third weeks as it can help prevent an early steamroll and because there is more people involved on each side its not just two noms vying for two votes -randomzied picks: self explanatory, let the hohs try to navigate not having control over who is on their side for the week -swap locations/pull a casa amor: either halfway through the week have the inside and outside group swap places so neither is stuck outside all week or have them one group go to a second house for the week
I thought the safety suite from bb22 was a fun concept, especially early on. It becomes very complicated trying to find the optimal time to use it as you want to save it as late as possible, but also you want the fewest number of competitors to maximize your odds of being successful. We saw that it was powerful enough to disrupt the HOH's plans that season too. Perhaps the winner getting to pick a plus one was too powerful, and just safety for themself is a proper balance. Perhaps with the split house twist, have it occur right at the beginning of the season. 8 houseguests move in, they play through a whole week and evict someone, only to be told there are 8 more houseguests but the first group has to go back into individual sequester for the next week, just stirring on all the drama that happened for the first week. The house gets completely cleaned top to bottom and the second group moves in thinking it is day one for them, they play through their week, and then they go back into individual sequester. After four weeks (two for each group), the groups come together with 12 remaining. It could potentially lead to a two sides dynamic like in bb6, or this week could be much messier as both sides would have already had tensions from their past weeks of gameplay, so players on both sides could look for new allies. If they continue to have have-nots, I really enjoyed the have-not twists from bb19 and bb22. In 19 one houseguest had the option to do a 50/50 gamble to become a have or get an extra week as a have-not. In 22, have-nots got to pick their own replacements. That adds another level of drama but it also offers an organic way to reduce the number of have-nots throughout the season, instead of just arbitrarily picking weeks to go from 4 to 3 to 2 to ending it for the season. One of the 4 have-nots was just evicted, ok then there will only be 3 have-nots next week. There are 4 have-nots from last week but only three people to pick from, ok then there will only be 3 have-nots from now on.
I actually agree that the split house twist in BB was a good concept that wasn’t well received at the time solely due to Joseph’s exit. It was a cool idea that had a big impact on the season. The crazy thing is, one of the biggest impacts it had was cementing Taylor’s intention to go to the end with Monte and their temporary showmance. Granted, Taylor still would have aligned with Monte either way imo, but I doubt they ever would have gotten together if the Dyre Fest side of the house did not try to convince Taylor that Joseph betrayed her! Maybe everything still plays out the same game wise but it’s crazy how that twist crated a situation that could not have happened exactly as it did otherwise!

Just based on who would have won the competitions he ended up winning, who would have been nominated and evicted if he hadn’t been there, etc. kinda like a super hypothetical deep dive of what “should’ve” happened that season without the twist that saved him.
I say bring back the silver power of veto and have two veto winners each week, one silver, one gold. Silver veto can only be used on another person and must be used first. Gold veto gets to go second. This would cause so much chaos and give the nominees better chances of being saved.
The Veto twist would be fun if during one veto comp each player had the ability to instantly end the comp with no winner. They’d have to learn about it as a late as possible for it to be fun though.

The split house would be great if the sides were actually randomized. Allowing Michael/Terrence to choose the sides sucked all tension out of it because they were able to easily set up exactly what they wanted to happen for the week
The split house one is one that I've thought could produce an amazing season if it started a season, imagine immediately splitting the house into 2 sides where they don't know what the other side is doing only for the 2 sides to come together with already formed sides & divided from each other (u would probably need to do 20 HGs if u want to keep the same schedule but vould make for a great house dynamic. While I know everyone would live to see BB6's secret pairs twist back I think it could be fun to take a page from Survivor & instead do blood vs water with half returnees. I thought the MVP twist if having fans vote for the 3rd nominee could also be a unique twist that could help against potential steamroll seasons potentially.

I think the BB4 temptation twist could work by taking away a share of the winning prize money. Each houseguest would be asked how much is the most amount that they are willing to take away of the prize money for the season. The average value is going to be taken off the prize money, and whoever is closest to it will win the veto, just like in the secret HOH of BBCAN11. The veto winner may or may not get the taken money for themselves. I'm inclined to not give the veto winner the taken money to see how much are they willing to screw everyone with a lessened prize money. You could even include the no-veto twist if no one decides to take from the winning prize money.
I think ALL veto comps SHOULD be able to result in no winners. But more over, I think that they should bring back The Diamond Veto which lets the veto winner, pick the replacement nominee. This or some version of Hidden Immunity idols.
I always thought a Secret House would be cool. There are two separate games, each side is maybe double eliminating every week. A Top 24 each week for three weeks 1 person leaves Survivor style every two days. HoH, Veto, Hoh Veto Once down to a Top 12 the entire house opens up and becomes a normal season

It seems less likely to me that he happened to get lucky and more likely that him finding the room guaranteed him the round trip ticket while everyone else got the one way ticket because he found it first. Obviously there’s no proof of this, but that is one wild coincidence if it actually was random.
This really makes me curious to if maybe ever theres been a secret room that was just... never found, like it was there the whole time and production maybe even hinted to a few people that it was there so they get their usage but it was just never found so they couldnt use it.

I'd switch Camp Comeback and Zombie Week; at least with Camp Comeback the main game was still being played simultaneously to the twist. With Zombie Week the ENTIRE game ground to a halt for an entire week until the twist was over.

You forgot the Hacker Comp, it was literally the death of the BB20 split house dynamic and turned the post-jury into a Level 6 and co steamroll.

The Safety Suite from BB22 and Temptation Competition from BB19 were great twists in bad seasons. The risk and reward factor was really cool, especially in BB22 when you had to strategically time when to play
if i were jee i would've gone on PB&J with everyone else so they wouldn't be as mad
My problem with the split house was how one of the groups was outside put them in a kind of cramped bb mobile home or in that space they used as the banishment area last year so I don't have to worry about them over heating out there. also it may be fun to do random draw or some other method then the HOH comp as opposed to the school yard pick that they went with.
With the veto before nominations one, I think it would be cool if they did individual challenges (like timed or something) and then they revealed the times after the nominations (or even played the veto before the HOH and revealed times after the hoh and noms)
And if whoever wins the veto says the have it, nobody has the veto
One twist that BB25 also introduced that I thought worked well was the Exile power in Week 2. A player wins the ability to send another player into solitary confinement for 24 hours. Effectively protecting them from being nominated that week.
Of course this was also effectively when Cirie was still running the show so she had Jared use it on Jag instead of Reiley, Would've been interesting what would happen if the HOH's target got taken off the board when they really want to target them.
And on that note, maybe instead of rooms with secret powers, have it so the person who places second in HOH competitions will sometimes gain a double-edged power like that. It's something that doesn't protect themselves but can add an outside x-factor to the HOH's week. And its something not guaranteed to happen every week, so it also gives risk/reward to someone willing throwing a comp at the end.
There was one season of Big Brother UK that had a few twists that could be adapted into the US version.
- One week 1, Big Brother asked for any of the contestants to go into the diary room. The one who did had the mission of getting the other contestants to nominate her. She succeeded and got safe from possible elimination. In the US version, a contestant randomly selected could have the secret mission of making the HOH nominate them. If they succeeded in this, they'd get an instant veto and could choose anyone to replace them on the chopping block. If they failed, they'd instantly become the third nominee and was up for eviction.
- Few weeks later, the same contestant got the secret mission of giving food and clothing without getting caught to three extra contestants hidden in a secret room who were wearing nothing but Adam&Eve-themed underwear. She succeeded and won immunity and also got to evict one of the three extra contestants. The other two entered the House as new contestants. In the US version, that could be a secret mission for the HOH that week.
- When they reached the top 4, Big Brother called anyone to go to the diary room. The contestant that did was given a suitcate with half of the final cash prize destined for the winner and he had to choose between keeping that half of the final cash prize and leave the house immediately (the actual winner would only get the other half) or refuse it for the chance to win the whole prize (he chose taking half prize and leave). In the US, the HOH in the top 4 could have the same dilemma but with the incentive that should they stay and win in the end, they'd get 250 000 dollars extra (that is, 1 million bucks in total). And while in the UK the other contestants were watching that happen through the TV scream, in the US would be kept a secret so the others couldn't plot against.
3:00 I would much rather have the split house happen earlier so there are more people voting at the eviction. With his it was implemented originally only 2 people would vote with the HOH of that part of the house casting the deciding vote. More people voting means more chances for an epic blindside and would be quite entertaining.

I loved Pandora's box! It can easily be resolved by production revealing to us what will be in it before the HOH is won. That way they can't give their favorites specific advantages.

The only thing with bringing back the Split House is if the division was actually random. Don't have the HGs choose teams and guarantee the majority controls both sides.
This. Having the sides chosen via schoolyard pick, if anything, helped The Leftovers rather than split them up. I would probably implement the Split House twist somewhere around the Final 12 instead of the Final 10 and the two HoHs select who ends up on which side of the house via random draw.
I noticed that none of the twists you mentioned were advantages (there was the high rollers room, but that was more of a method for implementing advantages than an advantage itself).
I don’t know if this is because there just aren’t any advantages BB has done that you want back, or if you plan on making a separate video just on advantages you want back, but either way, one I want to mention is the BB Bribe from season 18.
I love this advantage because it technically doesn’t do anything to directly change the game (it doesn’t affect who can vote, who can be nominated, etc), and yet, if given to the right player at the right time, it can completely change the course of the season. It’s an advantage that isn’t focused on the mechanics of Big Brother, but instead focuses on the persuasion aspect and encourages players to think outside the box.
My one problem is that in BB18, the Bribe could only be used on the week it was introduced. I’d like to see it be introduced on week 1 and let it be used anytime the houseguest wants.
Most advantages need an expiration date because they’ll become overpowered if they can be used late in the game. The less people are left, the less people who can vote or be nominated, the more impactful an advantage that removes votes or saves you from nomination becomes.
The Bribe is the opposite. It doesn’t need an expiration date because it actually becomes less powerful the longer you hold onto it. The closer to the end you are, the better everyone’s chances of making at least $75k become, the less tempting a $5k bribe becomes.
The gold bars from BB10 are similar, but I prefer the Bribe because you can’t keep the money yourself, which forces you to use it as a bargaining chip.

I would love to see you do your personal fan cast for a Reindeer Games season 2, casting 9 more big name players you would want to see again (who are likely to play again and also have history with each other) like I would love to see the Big 3 Dan (redemption for his Traitors performance), Derrick, and Will battle it out especially since it’s a mini season so it could be likely they’d come back.
I wonder if season 26 will try the split house again. I think 18 beds were counted in the house preview photos, meaning it's a larger cast in a slightly shorter season (not 100 days). To break up not being overwhelmed with too many double evictions, the split house could be an interesting way to speed up the game early on while breaking up larger alliances.
They need to do the split house twist earlier because final five is often a pretty boring game dynamic and comes down mainly to competitions. BB also implemented it really poorly so we only saw the inside group on feeds 95% of the time. I don't think BB really has the space and infrastructure to have houseguests living outside for a week. Feeds were awful that week and not only because we were sad Joseph was going to be evicted. If they can somehow put everyone inside and split the house that could work.

I think the concept of Split House is really good but could use some tweaking. But like... Joseph being knocked out cause of it isn't a good reason people shouldn't like it. Imagine if this was one of the many years the majority alliance was disliked and this played a major role in their weakening. People would have loved it.

haven’t watched bb18 in a while, so not sure exactly how it was implemented, but i think it could be fun to have the round-trip tickets, but let players steal them from each other or trade them for deals, with whatever tickets they leave the house with determining if they come back

I would like to see bb25 invisible hoh twist come back and it sucks that it was for 1 week only. what if, instead of a twist lasting for 1-3 weeks, it is brought out for the entire season, or at least a few more weeks?
with the split house i feel the biggest weakness during bb24 was that it took place too late so instead of getting a standard final 10 round we got two instances of the final 5, which is typically one of the more boring rounds. furthermore, the schoolyard pick to determine who was where could easily be gamed and the conditions of dyre fest fully were very much not ideal.
how it could be improved:
-do it prejury: i actually like the idea of doing it during the second or third weeks as it can help prevent an early steamroll and because there is more people involved on each side its not just two noms vying for two votes
-randomzied picks: self explanatory, let the hohs try to navigate not having control over who is on their side for the week
-swap locations/pull a casa amor: either halfway through the week have the inside and outside group swap places so neither is stuck outside all week or have them one group go to a second house for the week
the split house twist would be great if they did it week 1. it would make the dynamics the following weeks VERY interesting.
I thought the safety suite from bb22 was a fun concept, especially early on. It becomes very complicated trying to find the optimal time to use it as you want to save it as late as possible, but also you want the fewest number of competitors to maximize your odds of being successful. We saw that it was powerful enough to disrupt the HOH's plans that season too. Perhaps the winner getting to pick a plus one was too powerful, and just safety for themself is a proper balance.
Perhaps with the split house twist, have it occur right at the beginning of the season. 8 houseguests move in, they play through a whole week and evict someone, only to be told there are 8 more houseguests but the first group has to go back into individual sequester for the next week, just stirring on all the drama that happened for the first week. The house gets completely cleaned top to bottom and the second group moves in thinking it is day one for them, they play through their week, and then they go back into individual sequester. After four weeks (two for each group), the groups come together with 12 remaining. It could potentially lead to a two sides dynamic like in bb6, or this week could be much messier as both sides would have already had tensions from their past weeks of gameplay, so players on both sides could look for new allies.
If they continue to have have-nots, I really enjoyed the have-not twists from bb19 and bb22. In 19 one houseguest had the option to do a 50/50 gamble to become a have or get an extra week as a have-not. In 22, have-nots got to pick their own replacements. That adds another level of drama but it also offers an organic way to reduce the number of have-nots throughout the season, instead of just arbitrarily picking weeks to go from 4 to 3 to 2 to ending it for the season. One of the 4 have-nots was just evicted, ok then there will only be 3 have-nots next week. There are 4 have-nots from last week but only three people to pick from, ok then there will only be 3 have-nots from now on.
I actually agree that the split house twist in BB was a good concept that wasn’t well received at the time solely due to Joseph’s exit. It was a cool idea that had a big impact on the season.
The crazy thing is, one of the biggest impacts it had was cementing Taylor’s intention to go to the end with Monte and their temporary showmance. Granted, Taylor still would have aligned with Monte either way imo, but I doubt they ever would have gotten together if the Dyre Fest side of the house did not try to convince Taylor that Joseph betrayed her! Maybe everything still plays out the same game wise but it’s crazy how that twist crated a situation that could not have happened exactly as it did otherwise!

Just based on who would have won the competitions he ended up winning, who would have been nominated and evicted if he hadn’t been there, etc. kinda like a super hypothetical deep dive of what “should’ve” happened that season without the twist that saved him.
There would be so much to dissect there, could be fun to look at sometime though!

I say bring back the silver power of veto and have two veto winners each week, one silver, one gold. Silver veto can only be used on another person and must be used first. Gold veto gets to go second. This would cause so much chaos and give the nominees better chances of being saved.
The Veto twist would be fun if during one veto comp each player had the ability to instantly end the comp with no winner. They’d have to learn about it as a late as possible for it to be fun though.

The split house would be great if the sides were actually randomized. Allowing Michael/Terrence to choose the sides sucked all tension out of it because they were able to easily set up exactly what they wanted to happen for the week

The split house one is one that I've thought could produce an amazing season if it started a season, imagine immediately splitting the house into 2 sides where they don't know what the other side is doing only for the 2 sides to come together with already formed sides & divided from each other (u would probably need to do 20 HGs if u want to keep the same schedule but vould make for a great house dynamic.
While I know everyone would live to see BB6's secret pairs twist back I think it could be fun to take a page from Survivor & instead do blood vs water with half returnees.
I thought the MVP twist if having fans vote for the 3rd nominee could also be a unique twist that could help against potential steamroll seasons potentially.

I think the BB4 temptation twist could work by taking away a share of the winning prize money.
Each houseguest would be asked how much is the most amount that they are willing to take away of the prize money for the season. The average value is going to be taken off the prize money, and whoever is closest to it will win the veto, just like in the secret HOH of BBCAN11.
The veto winner may or may not get the taken money for themselves. I'm inclined to not give the veto winner the taken money to see how much are they willing to screw everyone with a lessened prize money. You could even include the no-veto twist if no one decides to take from the winning prize money.

i don't trust bb to correctly implement a split house twist. it has potential but bb is terrible at execution, as we saw.
I think ALL veto comps SHOULD be able to result in no winners. But more over, I think that they should bring back The Diamond Veto which lets the veto winner, pick the replacement nominee. This or some version of Hidden Immunity idols.
