Today I have officially completed my learning of Turkish Rondo. This is my mother’s favorite song and it has been mine since I started piano 12 years ago. Now I’m 17 and I can officially say I know how to play it! This video was super helpful along with the sheet music, thank you for motivating me to continue my journey with piano!!! ❤❤
I cracked that a while back: Instead of trying to master the left hand chords here - simply do the Thumb and pinky as a bassline and budda bing you're in tempo: Practice the bassline [left thumb+pinky] and lead part here using your right middle finger: Once you `hear it` you're ready to progress:
Thank you! Even with music and counting the rhythm I have a hard time playing something unless I can sing it. This did the trick it was the puzzle piece that brought life to my sheet music!
I play by ear I could read a little and know ALOT of chords and scale but stuff like this helps if the ears skip with the speed of the natural song thanks for sharing
You could try Rousseau's version, though it is at full speed and kind of dark so fingering might be hard... Then again, this is 1 month old so maybe you've already got it down
This is a great way to get familiarized with your piano or keyboard, but if you plan on playing complicated classical pieces i highly suggest that you learn to read sheet music.
Appreciate this comment, I'm 17 and I grade 2 about 3 years ago and stopped grading, meaning I stopped reading sheets and only played either by ear or video tutorials. I'm gonna try to learn to read better but I just struggle to do so. It takes me a good 10/15 seconds to get a single chord right sometimes!!
@@Maya-nn9su you're very much right thanks for responding. I just got back into piano since the lockdown hit so I'm definitely gonna try print off some sheet music and get to it 👊🏽❤
This is amazing BUT where is the last part of the song? I am almost done with the final section you have on the video and want to be able to finish learning the song. Do you have another video?
Thank you so much!! That helped me. My mom keep asking me to play this whole piece, so i searched up Turkish march easy in piano and I found this. Thank you so much for making this video!
Heres a tip for beginners : when learning a piece ( any piece) dont use both hands because its going to make you confused i suggest you start learning right hand first then when your right hand is used to it , maybe consider learning the left hand side, this will make you understand better and learn much faster , and Good Luck for all beginners out there!
I'm playing a very simplified short version of this and this is more my speed. 😂 I have a feeling I won't get this up to the speed it needs to be, but I'll learn what's written on the page. I've only been playing a few months so I'm going to try not to be too hard on myself. It's an altered piece that is supposed to be more of a lesson than anything. Thank you for posting this. It's very helpful.
This is an incredibly helpful video and channel. Thank you so much for what must have been hours and hours' (if not days') work per video to help your fellow humans. I am immensely grateful, and wish you every success in your piano playing - and life generally. :-)
I'm sorry but why do you play so fast - I just couldn't keep up. Disappointed. Only joking! This video was perfect in every way and I'll learn it in no time!👍
Ive been searching someone for long time to teach me how to play bach brandenberg concerto harpsichord solo. If you would it will be so great man! Thank you for your great videos !
@Chipmunk He has played it in two parts: He recorded the right hand in sections and then the left hand separately: Split screens vertically and then synced both screens in the middle and it appears as one recording: Notes sound fine slow when done this way but you can notice the difference in the hands: One is red and one is more pale: They even look like two different hands: Speed it up and the notes will be weird:

Amazingly good tuition. We normally just have to watch a professional going at it at full speed which is worthless as tuition. Well done!
