Satan Dark Destroyer yes there is. You must be on some other planet if you got your self thing that. The keto diet is a high protein (which involves meat) low carb and sugar. Your not supposed to have anything starchy, sugary or high in sodium and carbs... please do more research before you start to check someone else.

They said all this was scripted but it was still a waste of food and a lot of it isn't even really unhealthy. Like if losing weight is all you have in mind then diet sodas have no sugar/cards. Honey roasted peanuts really aren't that bad either. It is a thin layer of honey that only adds one or two carbs to each serving. He acted like he wanted him to go vegan too but that is a personal health choice and not at all necessary for weight loss. I lost around 70-80lbs when I was in high school and I didn't even really diet. I worked out a lot and unknowingly was doing intermittent fasting. I would only eat once a day at night. Mcfakefuck just wants to impose his vision of healthy on Boogie and it really kinda pisses me off.
Like 100,000 different people could all lose weight and get healthy and ever single one of them could have used a different method. Different diets and workout plans work for different people. He should be helping boogie find his own way of getting healthy, not try to force him to get healthy his way.
They even used a conveniently already empty garbage can, they probably put the food back afterwards

I'm a type 1 diabetic and some carbs aren't bad for you. High fiber carbs are actually really good for you. When I consider how much insulin I need I subtract the fiber from the carbs. And fruit has more carbs than honey peanuts.
