    Giving me a task of not just learning the new hard piece but learing the entire new notation language is... not smart, Bernd. I mean, I probably would chose not to perform your piece anyway but this is just... next level.

      yes, even though this notation is as eccentric as the piece itself, it's actually surprising how quickly and naturally you get used to reading the empty noteheads as flats when learning it. And it makes for a much cleaner score when there aren’t tons of accidentals before every tone cluster

    What is the meaning of the white note heads?

      the same as the solid notes but semitone flat, the notation is explained at 0:19
