I believe that she is dreaming. I feel like Alexis's subconscious is bringing up the fear that she has about ruining anything good in her life. I don't believe that TPTB at GH would have that many negative stories at one time (Nelle being MIA, Nina finding out about Valentin's lies, anything Cyrus, Sasha's drugs, etc.)
I really hope that Alexis is having a nightmare and Neil isn't really dead. I like them together she's finally happy, and is in a healthy relationship.

See those 3 dots (...) over on the right side, click on that. Then a little box shows up, it gives you a choice to Edit, or Delete. Click on edit. Then you can go back and fix any mistakes. Only thing is at the top by your handle/name, it will now say “(edited)”. Most of my comments say edited; that spell check thing has a mind of it's own, even if I proof read it.
