I adore her so much. Deborah at this youthful age was so pleasant and honest. Looking back to when we both were in our teens, I was really critical and selective of girls whose music I would buy. A girl had to have a purity and passion in her vocals, which Deborah definitely had. I'm much less critical now that I'm older, and I appreciate her presence and those same songs even more. I love hearing her speak about as much as I love hearing her sing.

I love listening to these old interviews with Deborah. At 17 she had more maturity in her little finger than certain singers that are in their 20s today have in their whole body.

I like to add one more question for the hands of Debbie Gibson here how long have you been dating or socializing your friends at your prom...

Her "Out of the Blue" album is a work of genius. I don't know why the tabloids tried to do a competition between her and Tiffany. With all-do respect, I like Tiffany, and there are 2 songs that I liked from her, but there is no comparison between her and Debbie Gibson. She always used to speak very highly of Billy Joel in those days. I wonder if they ever got together to do a duet. If I were him, after listening to the 'Out of the Blue' record, I would say "Heck yeah!!! And not because she dedicated me in her album". :)

If you get to read this, you put it very well in your comments. I liked Tiffany a lot, but I was in love with Deborah and her songs. Also, I believe she and Billy Joel did eventually get together on stage. I'm glad to find a girl who appreciates her as I do.

+scottjulie27 I'm glad for your reply. We at least have our appreciation for Deborah and Billy Joel in common. I'd love to talk more directly to you, if you want, so here is my email: ggluzz@yahoo.com I've had some interesting coincidences involving her, even though we've not met. I will probably erase this comment once I hear from you.

+scottjulie27 She does a really nice job performing this song during her 1991 Japan concert, which is also on here. I personally love No More Rhyme which she did so well live.

@kisscatastrophe She's 41. I think it's about time she had a little Debbie (haha, pun not even intended) to grow up like her mom. All of these celebs having babies, it's time for Deb to do the same. :)

@shawnsbigtube : Yep. You still have a shot. I heard she's still single. At 40 years old, she should hurry up and get married. Otherwise, it's going to be hard for her to get pregnant naturally.
