Hlo brother, the information was really good, but you didn’t cover the documentation needed when starting business, he started talking about but you interrupted and then missed that point.Please cover all those documents when we open a business which documents we need and what is the procedure like council permissions and all. u can watch video, person who is making coffee already doing wrong thing instead of adding milk he is adding water into the coffee. which is not fair for anyone at all.
@@goalisticfazI think the fair question would be to explain that act at 18:30. the barista added bit of water at the end to top up second cup at 18:30. Was he short of milk then added water to top up ? Or water is required for the recipe. It look weird and am also curious to know. This way u will also prove that the procedures at the cafe is authentic and build trust in this brand. Great inspiration of the cafe story btw. Cheers
@@harpreet1805 bro I requested him to add more water and less milk It was more of a customised coffee. He is fully trained and people enjoy coffee from this cafe
