    Here is the loan profile I contributed $25 towards. I selected the "Green" attribute on the search page and selected the first one there. From my understanding the $25 gets matched by a "Kiva supporter" for this loan profile, so that's another $25. Pretty interesting to see all these small businesses all over the world. Feels like a win/win to give (or lend) to someone who has a plan to better themselves and their local economy. www.kiva.org/lend/1206873

    Honestly man, you have incredible videos. Well done, right to the point, with relevant material. Always good subject matter and information. As a live poker player myself I really appreciate when you show the live cards and then commentate as the hand progresses (you always offer great insight). It makes for a excellent vlog style as well as great learning material by visually seeing the hands in action. Also being able to track all the fold and progression of cards/action is quite entertaining. Keep it up, I understand it makes it tough with recording regulations but makes for a great video when you are able to get the footage at the tables. Always great music (simple and upbeat also allowing for good conversation/points), recommendations and time lapses.. I look forward to hitting up some of your local spots when hitting the tables in Vegas. Especially the sky lounge looks top notch. Best of luck to you!

    Keep up the great work my dude. I haven't played poker for nearly 5 years, but you have gotten me to start playing again. I love the VLOGS, the break downs on your poker thinking, the explanations of different ideas of poker, and how you film while playing. This is awesome man and keep it up!

    Andrew,
    I've been watching since the beginning, but just subscribed. I really enjoy your vlog over most others that I've watched (for a variety of reasons).
    I like that you're not obnoxious ... pretty calm and laid back. I also like that you show a little of the local life, such as the Pizza Rock and the hiking. And I really like that you walk us through important hands, win or lose.
    Keep up the good work.
    Paul

    you're not a loner Andrew! don't listen to that shit from those idiots! that's one thing I love about this blog is how you just go about your day and get shit done all by yourself and then go unwind after and do what you enjoy. most people today can't even leave the house without someone holding their hand, and cant do things by themselves so they do nothing instead. i try to do more and more things alone everyday and these videos help inspire me to do just that.

      yeah thats what my comment is about. I also would take more vids instead of nice overlay. Like all this tv-ish looking scenes, where he has to enter the room put the camera down and go out and come in again with the pizza so that it looked liked he "just" entered the room. Its really nice and cool, but if its too much work at one point, just focus on the poker hands :)

      TheBommel90 the new graphics take about as much time as the old ones if he has all the cards preset in his editing program.

    Great vid. It's nice to see some alternate sessions, where you're playing low limit, losing, etc. Note: this is not to say it's great to know you lost, but there's a different dynamic in these sessions. Also, it good you're not cherry picking winning sessions. The touches of Vegas life really add balance and content the viewers cannot get elsewhere, as if we're locals. Keep up the great content.

    Thanks for posting. I do like the live hand recording and your post analysis. Hopefully the other casinos will start to allow you to record again. Sorry you had a loosing session but it keeps it real seeing winning and losing sessions. Thanks for including the information about playing time, etc.
    I know what you mean about chasing a player. I'm sure it's happened to all of us, having that one player at the table who just seems to get what they need every time against you. Hopefully the next session those draws will be on your side.

    I think you way overestimate the value of showing footage of the poker table. You seem like a sincere and cool dude who is really enjoying making videos and talking poker. The footage from the casinos, restaurants, hand analysis, wins/losses, etc are what I come to see as well as what is going on with you personally, it is all interesting and fun. Even the details of scoring extra slices of pizza make the videos better. The production values of the videos are excellent and your charisma carries them.

    • @AndrewNeeme
      @AndrewNeeme  7 лет назад +2

      Thanks, I sincerely appreciate that. I'm just going by what I think is the climate and opinion in the comments. Have a look through and you'll see there are quite a few that find that footage to be vital. Then there are others who share your sentiments, so it's a bit unclear to me which direction is best.

    • @JunkmanJim
      @JunkmanJim 7 лет назад +1

      The footage at the table doesn't really show very much, it is all clarified by your later analysis. I have spent tons of hours at the poker table, all that stuff is standard to me so maybe there are people who don't have much table experience and want to have some feeling of what that is like to sit there. Casey Neistat has simple formula for doing what he does, sincere, respectful and enthusiastic. The restaurant reviews, parking lot shots, all these details make the videos a better experience. Keep having fun and do what you think is best, it is your channel, democracy is overrated.

    • @andreabruno5495

    • @hklim3
      @hklim3 7 лет назад +2

      I've been watching since your pilot and love your channel. I am not a regular casino poker player, although I think that the experience of watching the action taking place on the felt is most of the reason I watch your videos. Watching hand analysis is quite frankly much more boring for someone who doesnt regularly receive the 'on felt' experience. I guess this is just a visual stimulation I enjoy as someone who doesnt go to casinos often, and I think that others who are not professional poker players would agree. Thus, just simply watching you talk about random hands is crucially different for me, and I'm afraid it would end up turning me off from your channel.

    Funny, as you were about to play the Jc4c hand I thought "seems a little loose" to myself, then your comment agreed.I'm a 1-2 once a week player happy to break even or win a little, just enjoying the game.I'll often see players who sit down who I know have a much better understanding of the game, but at the same time seem too willing to splash around with less experienced players.I'm not the one who is making a living here(at my casino),but have wondered if I could get away with playing at the 2-5 table with that same mindset.Thanks!
