The best opening to any Symphony in the entire orchestral repertoire! Magnificent horns!
Bravi tutti. The 6th movement is one of my favourite Mahler movements. Love your interpretation, Fabian, and spectacular playing from the orchestra!
A magnificent and powerful performance. I can only imagine what it must have been like to be in the audience. Thank you.
Great recording thank you
What a seriously impressive performance - I was captivated from the beginning until the extraordinary
Nice to see the 2 timpanists playing their drums in the American configuration

Of course, it might be my audio setup - but it sounds to me that the channels are switched?
I can confirm. But it's not that noticeable.
Horrible camera work, that’s for sure. When did recording and broadcasting of ‘Classical’ music become so amateurish and plain bad?
Hi! I appreciate the feedback, I was actually playing in the orchestra and set up a camera just for an archival recording of the concert. I think you might be confused as this was not recorded or broadcast as the Orchestra is not paid and has no budget for things like recording etc. Hope that clears it up for you!
