1. Incorporation is not a mandatory thing, you can do business yourself without a company. But then you will be personally liable for any lawsuits that may arise. On the other hand if you have a company that is doing business on Amazon FBA then the company and it's assets will only be liable in a lawsuit instead of you personally, hence a company is created. 2. There are many ways to open a US bank account from other countries, you can check them out on google. 3. Yes, you will have to file taxes even if you don't live in the US because your company is registered in the US. A company is an individual entity that has to pay taxes called corporate taxes on the profit that company generates.

but one observation. You cannot legally use any website payment gateways because they ask address document proof of a person from usa. I have checked Wix while adding payments. When we goto setup payments finally we need to enter business details and also a address proof of a person from same country where business is registered.
