    This was the clearest explanation so far that I’ve come across. Thanks for posting! The biggest mental leap for me is keeping the separation of grease pencil dope sheet vs regular dope sheet.

    Wait what... You can convert 3d to grease pencil?!?! That's very cool...
    The one thing I've seen you didn't cover is if you were drawing those beautiful balls on paper or in another raster drawing app, you can import them and convert images to grease pencil

    Getting just the outline from a mesh converted to GP is actually already implemented. You even used the correct toggle (Only Seam Edges). Thing is, default objects don't have seams when first generated. That's why it converted with all edges outlined anyway. So if you want an outline, you need to pop into edit mode and alt-select a loop going around the sphere relative to the camera and mark it as a seam (Ctrl-E > Mark Seam). Then Only Seam Edges will actually do something.
    The mult legit blew my mind though XD

    • @lucianomunoz
      @lucianomunoz  3 года назад +1

      I believe that wasnt when i made the video, but thanks for the headsup, maybe i should do a video about this too...!

    • @Arjjacks
      @Arjjacks 3 года назад

      @@lucianomunoz I mean, you literally clicked the option at 13:42, so it was definitely there at the time :P You just needed to have marked at least one edge as a seam first.

    hi, one query I have like we can draw and make any object right the question is we can animate that drawing with a keyframe by pressing the forward arrow but instead can we draw on a single frame and after just wanted the automation of that drawing which made only on a single frame and getting the 2d video animation from that frame in simple words can we extract the animation of grease pencil which drew on a single frame?

    Hay por dios, nooo... la pelotita de nuevo. Existirá alguien que anime algo diferente que no sea la famosa pelota?

    • @lucianomunoz
      @lucianomunoz  3 года назад +1

      La pelotita, es la clave por eso todo el mundo la anima y la re anima y la requete anima, si no puedes animar la pelota excelente, ir a algo mas complejo que la pelota no vale la pena.
      La pelota es la base, durante mi ultimo trabajo en Sony, recuerdo ver varias veces supervisores pidiendo animar cosas tal como lo harias con un bouncing ball. Es asi de basico y avanzado a la vez.

    Oh now its working, after 15 minutes checking all settings and whatever, nothing was working, restart it (again...then somehow its working....it will stop working the same way for whatever reason but yeah...now its working, yay... F Blender. Hey, i'm not blaming you , nice tutorial, Blender is just always sort of frustating to use no matter how much more i know about it than months before, always the same issues happens again and again no matter what kind of tips and tricks i learn on youtube or even paid tutorial. In final,restarting the program or reload factory settings are usually the way to go, stuff then restart working as they should until it just stop eventually...

    dislike for asking to like...

  • @fo1711
    @fo1711 3 года назад +1

    Yup, activating and whatever adjusting for oignon skin doesnt change anything, as usual bieth Blender, something wrong and yes i have to ask in comment section to know how to do something even if you show it in your tutorial, reguraly not working like you and usualy overcomplicated for no good reason. thats why blender is free.You realized how most function just not working the way they should once you start using them, navigation get stuck on regular basist no matter how simple the project is, youll have to restart the software more often than necessary for ridiculous reason, hiding useful tool and features for some reason and not just put them in default mode, Blender cloud shortkey (4 keys...not shortkey at this point), and layout is the most retarded out there. Tier addon maker made better addon interface than Blender itself.
    No matter how powerful you rpc is, Blender will stuck sooner or later in your project. Save it and comeback, it might be impossible to apply any modification anyway, for 1 reason or another, it will not work as it should.

      did you eventually get the solution? trying to help but can't understand what's the question

    • @fo1711
      @fo1711 3 года назад +1

      @@DarioScaramuzza Yes, damn i was so pissed about Blender a month ago...its better now, i was probably in object mode or something retarded like that ;) Blender is actually great once i understand it little better and if you get the right addon (none of them should come from blender tho ;)
      When the navigation stock or stop working, switching to camera mode usually fixed it asap (didn't know that before), im not using teh cloud addon from blender, work like S H TRRRR so i got pbr extreme addon (just work great as you expect, got the transport addon, yeah so far so good, next will be lighting pro and cycles render engine something...
