Our Dear PM Modi ji and Supreme Court CJI
We are group of 10K homebuyers Victims of Greater Noida West (Earth Infra fraudsters) who are struggling since last over 10+ years now to get our homes.
We have come accross a long way fighting for our homes through NCLT, NCLAT since 2018. And now last over one year our case No CA 2466/2023 is listed before CJI Sir but we don't know as to why he is not hearing our matter. On every postponement of the case we get demoralised and feel very low that we might not be heard ever.
We all Request Sir with folded hands, please atleast fix up a final date of hearing of our case and decide once for all. As people are dying with hopeless wishes that they are deprived from every where. Thousands of homebuyers are only looking at you for this decision with great hope. Thanks 🙏
