@@laszloszegedi5465 It's clear Rody was pushing any way he could to finish Palimpsest. But it seems he hadn't quite figured out his new voice yet, especially live. Some tours would start strong but end weak, he even couldn't sing at all at a show I was at. Last tour I was really impressed, he was consistent and sounded good through the whole tour, even the last date. The best he sounded live since 2018, and he seems to be topping it with this tour. Dude has clearly done the work on his voice and it shows.
I'm curious when he switched to in-ear monitors. They are a god send when it comes to being able to hear yourself to hit the correct notes, not having to strain to make it through the whole set. Love it!

I get to see them in 4 days and this has gotten me even more impossibly excited to see the band that got me into metal!!!
