this is such a good way of buffing leblanc, she has terrible winrate in soloq but borderline op in pro play, if you actually buff her numbers shes gonna ruin pro play, buffing her csing only doesnt really matter in pro play cos those guys dont have a problem with it anyway, this is just the perfect low elo buff for a strong but high skill champ

Day 9 of asking for Flash-Ghost, Hail of Blades Darius with Heartsteel rush into Titanic into Gargoyle. Beefy Darius that relies on stacking passive quickly to snowball early and become a raidboss at three items. Flexible build though, you can replace Titanic with Shojin or Cleaver and still do well.

I relate to the comments about pre rework assassins, to this day the only ever pentakill Ive gotten was pre rework katarina, tried playing her after and couldnt
If not mistaking, you still get health back from the kill, and all that movement (same as with trackable projectiles) chased around and took longer? As for how you killed, maybe your item procced with your ability, as to why it didn't happen straight away, maybe servers were shit at the time? As one of the guys was having visual bugs, judging from the chat

refunding time on the ult seems a bit much, but if this were to go live i think a good balance would be it would just refund time on the Q instead of the RQ

With all these buff. She's decent... Not over powered. There are a number of choices of champ who can do burst, in and out better then her with much lower risk. I just hope that they don't nerf her after this... She really needs some love

I remember back then when LB's Q had silence. I have less than 100cs and more than 10kills at 25+ mins. Shes just so abnoxious, you cant trade in midlane with her Q-W combo because of the silence.
wave clear is ok but she does 1 combo and vex is at 30% hp .thats not balanced . she can easily kill any one under tower if they have 50% hp . i think i will perma ban leblanc insted of zed .

fiddle fear only happens when he hits you while hes not in vision. or if he presses his single target fear on you
