I have severe insomnia, and this helped me sleep a ton, I have also been experiencing terrible monthly cramps due to menstruation (due to being afab /or just assigned female at birth as the more understandable term/), and this had comforted me alot. I remember having such terrible cramps that I began to tear up and could hardly move from where I was, as walking would increase the pain. Once again, this still helps me alot and I hope to see more ASMR videos, your work is great! ^^ (ps: your voice is really comforting too, i've watched the venti and xiao asmr videos, and no matter what tone your voice is in its legit so fucking comforting!!!)
