They did a great job recreating his moves, but he really needs some variety in his voice lines; idk if adding more dialogue was incompatible somehow, but there are some good lines from Infinite that were left out.
Hard to believe that my wish is fulfilled after so many years since my days in High School. I always wanted to see Venom get added as DLC or to Ultimate back in the day. I now got it in the form of a mod. Man, I am old lol.
Love the fact that they pitched down his voice and got it to sound like his MVC1 voice, allowing them to even use a few of those voice clips in there. Everything looks pretty solid, but the lvl3 and web throw look a bit jank but still serviceable. My question is what did they use to make the fang blobs from?
Edit: Turns out that the fang mouths are from Shuma-Gorath, neat.
i think that shumma gorath has many of venom moves, if you paint him of black. some effects from morrigan too
@@JuanFranco-mq7js making custom animations is not possible in mvc3 venoms mod creator said they just blended together
@@TurkishDude570 you can change the palette, that is why the mods are callet palette swamp mods

This is Next Level Modding in UMVC3. The Unbelievable considering the effects available in game.
Still it needs a few more adjustments regarding Venom Web Hyper Combo and Web Throw.
I haven’t modded UMVC3 yet, but this Venom mod definitely sold me.
I do wish Death Bite carried them to the corner like how the other games did, though I imagine that must be a coding nightmare.

Probably for the use of her trap mechanic for Venom's web trap move, if I could make a half-educated guess. Its similar to how Ultron is over Frank, so they could use Frank's zombie summons for Ultron's drone summons.

You know when I first play this game back on the early days I was kinda bummed out they didn't put my most favorite character in mvc2 which is Venom so when the trailer dropped out ytd it was like a late Christmas present for me ( ꈍᴗꈍ)

Got a question, since the modding scene for this game seems to be better than ever. Are these mods Wifi safe? Like you won't get banned for using a new character entirely or an altered moveset?
Nobody plays using the built-in online. They use parsec. It essentially streams the game to another player, meaning only one client needs the mods to allow both players to play with them.

Venom was in mvci in fact the character and attack's models here are from mvci

@@e69alpha jedah is also done pretty well hell the game would probably look fine with a cel shaded style but Marvel mcu has to screw everything

The models for attacks and the characters are indeed the mvci versions

@ඞKarv Dev it's literally the same models including the base venom model he just edited the colors to make the tongue and mouth more red and so on
