If you ever have to get blood work done again here are some tips cause I get it done every 6months
-after your done drink orange juice, or apple juice as soon as you can cause it helps not being dizzy
-your arm is going to hurt but try and move it as much as you can, keeping it still is going to make it hurt and sore
-And when they are drawing your blood focus on something else like talk to Ryan or be on your phone

I feel you, Montana! I’m the same way with blood draws and needles! It sucks, I hate it. I’ve passed out during the process too and it was terrible. I’m they said my tiny veins roll and are hard to get and after the this attempt I passed out and didn’t remember where I was when I woke up. Such an annoying process. You got this tho! Good luck with everything. 😊

i have trouble with blood work too! what always helps me is asking for a rubbing alcohol pad and holding it up to my nose (sounds weird but trust me it works!) and listening to music while looking away from what's going on -- it really helps!
