Wolvie's theme should be menacing but not simply hard rock or metal. It needs a jungle sound to describe the beast within. I think the Children of the Atom song was easily the best because of the jungle drums. The song is just wild and the only one that suits him. I wish they kept it but mixed a little dark metal into it for the later games.
I personally think something similar to the instrumental of A Perfect Circle's "The Outsider" would really work for a Wolverine theme. It starts off like the XCOTA and MSHvsSF themes and progressively become heavier much more intense as the song continues to its chorus.

He is now the REAL leader of X-Men and the symbol of Marvel Heros(along with Cap and Spidey). But for poor Scott...he didn't make it and now even Deadpool didn't need and Optic Blast for fighting.
Children of The Atom's theme to me was the definitive Wolverine theme. If they ever make a new Marvel Vs Capcom or X-Men game. Please for the love of Marvel Jesus let that theme be his track.

X-Men vs Street Fighter is my favorite of his themes although Marvel Superheroes vs Street Fighter is really close. I find that the former captures his rebel nature that he's never hesitant to let show while the latter captures his screwed up past and internal demons he always fights.
