On paper, Avengers: Infinity War seems like the biggest superhero movie of 2018, but I wouldn’t bet against Black Panther. The highly anticipated Marvel Cinematic Universe solo debut of T’Challa, Marvel’s Black Panther, has gotten the entire comics community excited. From the great casting of Chadwick Boseman Black Panther, Michael B. Jordan Killmonger, Lupita N’Yongo Nakia, Winston Duke M’Baku, and more, to the excellent directing choice of Ryan Coogler Black Panther, Marvel Studios’ Black Panther might be the surprise super hero hit of the year. T’Challa and the world of Wakanda are important for many reasons, but we’ve always been a fan of the character for his simple and elegant Black Panther comic costume.
When it comes to translating Black Panther comic to movie, the Black Panther comics outfits have provided several great examples for the Black Panther MCU movie to draw from. The Black Panther costumes we’ve seen so far from the Black Panther comics look great as the Black Panther movie costume, and the Black Panther look translates super well to the screen. Of all the Black Panther outfits and Black Panther uniforms, Black Panther then and now has always been defined by his royal simplicity. BlackPanther is one of the coolest looking superheroes ever created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, and his costumes play a big part in what makes the character so iconic.

You should've mentioned how the new film version is heavily influenced by Stelfreeze's design for the current run. There was never the purple accents of Wakandan symbols (seen in the new film suit) until the current run. And the usage of Wakandan tech integrated into the suit to the degree that it currently is (both current comic & film).
Bro. I dont think it was want to be taken seriously. Considering the war, natural disasters, and political corruption; I think we have bigger fish to fry than something that was obviously meant to be light hearted. The fact Wakanda is fictional should've tipped you off.

Well not really I mean the 2018 suit is supposed to be easier to put on in an emergency and the kinetic energy element is pretty cool the only thing I don't like is that as shown in black panther the nanotech is weakened by sound waves so he can be beaten by klawe

Because being black meant you weren’t accepted into mainstream media in the 60s. He may be from a fictional country, but is still from Africa and has dark skin. It’s culturally appropriate as it was a step in the right direction for black representation in media.

All the Urban folk loved Black Panther and everyone praised it but when I finally watched it at home I thought the CGI looked super tacky and the story was boring and predictable as hell. I'm assuming it just got a lot of attention because it was Black Panther. Lol the absolutely stunning line kind of killed me, all the green screening and bad cgi just makes my head hurt when I watch that movie. It's sad I thought I was going to love Black Panther with all the hype and then I ended up LOVING Spider-man Homecoming instead. But I also hate the Sam Raimi Spider-man movies and thought Homecoming was finally the first GOOD Spider-Man movie to come out in my lifetime. I think I just find Black Panther boring, never really cared about him when I was reading comics growing up, but I'm also not black so /shrug

I prefer Black Panther’s Civil War costume to his new costume. They should’ve kept it how it was.
Also, did you really have to mention the stupidity of cultural appropriation? Cultural appropriation is a GOOD thing. We should be able to pick and choose which parts of different cultures we like. For example, if I want dreads, I don’t have to take the high crime rate with me.
