I’ve only had the pleasure of working on an E9 once since I started at a Volvo/Mack dealership and I can honestly say I will take the E7 and E9 any day over the new MP engines. Bulletproof reliability and no unnecessary electronics to go wrong. I wish I was born earlier to have been able to see these old girls in their heyday. Respect for keeping the old timers going!
There is an 1993 Elite cl700 E9 18 speed with sleeper on Facebook marketplace right now for 29k To say I want it is in understatement. love those Macks, take care of her one day ill have one in my driveway too.

Their was a CL w/Cummins Signature 600 running around Cleveland 20 years ago. A contractor w/Allega owned it. Have no clue where it is today!
