210 days clean. I don't crave drugs anymore. The addiction to drugs dissipated. But has highlighted underlying issues....I whizzed through the 12 steps and got on with my life...as spectacular as it is and how quickly that happened. A deep sadness...discontent and little hilights of narcicism and ego are showing. So listening to Russell it helped me to realise I need to re engage in the 12 steps again to help manage these new issues that could spike into problematic lifestyle choices...not even based in drug use. But more personality defects. So thank you Russel

Addiction is the symptom of lack of a need but that need must be met through truly getting to know who you are and what your perspectives are.

I am blessed to be five years clean today! The 12 Steps were instrumental in this. Steps 1,2,3 set me free to allow for change and Steps 10, 11, 12 help keep me free to keep changing. The strength comes from my Higher Power, Jesus Christ.
Reach out and reach up today!

I would like to say thanks for doing your thing. I been on drugs and alcohol for over 20 years and I will be seeking asylum in Oregon. I have been to 50+ doctors with no avail for anxiety and pain. Been having to flood the state of Michigan with everything you can think of for also 20 years and it has become a way for me to fight back. As long as I am being refused for treatment I will continue. Already lived in Oregon once and it liberated me. Hoping for action that will help people like me there to assist therapy

Recently started watching your videos & first, thank you. I'm 46 now & was an alcoholic in my 20s. I pulled myself out on my own & haven't had a problem since. Unfortunately but fortunately, I literally just said no more, enough is enough, to an alcoholic boyfriend of 2 yrs that wouldn't get help. It's so true that they have to want to help themselves & there's only so much one can do before ones own self is depleted. Which happened. I'm finally resting and recharging after 2 years. Whew. I would like to tell my personal story about my own struggle with alcohol & how I overcame it. Even if I could help one person out there, it's worth it. So my question to you is...What advice do you have when going about this & projecting my information & ideas to others about my experience? Thank you for your videos. Your'e definitely helping me understand what I went through, ways to deal, & how to let go, learn & grow from my recent experiences with someone else who is an alcoholic. ❤

Hi there friend, I don't want to be impolite giving answers to questions that I wasn't asked, but I think that what is most important is to understand ourselves that help can't reach to people that don't want it CONSCIENTIOUSLY. Because it will hurt you deep putting your eggs in that basket having allways the same bad results. So in order for you to be able to help them, you should make them recognise they problems and then they will want the help you can offer.
I'm sorry for my bad English, thus is foreign to me.
      Love.

As soon as people start making sweeping statements like “emotions are chemical released in the body” I switch off and stop taking them seriously. It shows that they either can’t think with any depth or their motives are dubious or both.

This is old material reworked for the RUclips hits 💟🙏 don't buy Russell's monetized version of the Christian 12 step program. Kick them out of the temple these money men. £20 million is Russell's approx worth. RUclips etc is his new addiction it seems to me 💟🙏
