If they rule he has no immunity then all immunity must be stripped from judges, and all other government officials that claim they have immunity against their actions. If all immunity is stripped then watch prosecutors and judges do their due diligence, before proceeding in cases that should have never seen a court room. We have to have the ability to hold prosecutors accountable for failing the public.

Thomas is asking the wrong question. The correct question would be to ask if Trump's falsifying personal business records in 2015 was a presidential action. It was not. Trump delayed and dodged punishment for law breaking for several years, but those days are (almost) gone.

I had always assumed that this is what George Washington did in the Insurrection, Rebellion and Revolution against the British.

The big question before the court is whether it will have a applicability to the brag case in New York State or the voter fraud case in Georgia. It’s fairly certain it will be remanded back to the district court judge to determine what is qualified to immunity and what is nonofficial act or nonofficial speech. That decision will then be able to be appealed. Trump will then raise first amendment rights on personal speech matters that may also go back up on appeal. Neither federal case in Florida or New York will be tried prior to the election.
We need to wait and see what the appeals court in Georgia will do on the disqualification of Willis. The clock has about ran out on them. Please keep in mind. They do not need to hear the case the court gave them the opportunity to hear the case. That is the trial court. Judge said I will allow my decision to beruled on at this time. Court chooses to do so.
