Это твердосплавные фрезы, ими как раз и нужно работать на большой скорости резания, и в зависимости от материала СОЖ зачастую не используется потому что происходит шоковая нагрузка от резкого нагревания и охлаждения фрезы. Из-за чего твердый сплав быстрее изнашивается. На очень высоких скоростях резания если инструмент это позволяет зачастую фреза даже не успевает нагреваться, всё тепло уходит в стружку.
You have to purchase expensive tools too , toolpath creation is not a big deal for any software . The strength here is tool and machine .

Да, можно на сухую видимо. Но фрезы надо будет каждые 15 минут менять.
