Today marks the start of our first course in the second round of courses, where we will be exploring more of the details of the UCC vs Non-UCC, becoming an Individual Banker, navigating the 98-number FGT, and the importance of the Estate number.
It's important to note that while I am your guide in this course, I am not the originator of this information. The insights we will explore have been brought to light by the great Guru, Patrick Devine. ✨✨When buying homes, make sure you get the LODIAL TITLE for that home otherwise, you are considered a tenant of your own home. It’s in the paperwork you signed for that house.
I think when you buy it , it's under foreign jurisdiction with the individual banker and automatically goes in fee simple absolute, ... but that's just what I heard , I have no resource written that lines that out
Plus if it's discharged and set off, it's paid for. Should be liquidating the payment bond so there's nothing held in abeyance for you to be a tenant to. The modification of contract sf forms 30, 1414, 1416, 1418, should do that automatically .

@CreditorAcademy shouldn't we attach a security agreement to the non ucc too? Then upload it with the ucc3 addendum? And isn't the security agreement the indenture you speak of? Ucc9 subpart, 1, 2 .?
There's a letter you need to send to the IRS concerning the 1041 to be exempt. They will replay confirming that you are exempt from filing because you're a foreign entity.

I have a question. On the SS-4 for the individual banker in section 9a the video in the course says to select "other nonprofit organization" instead of other. Do we still fill in the blank with "Private Unincorporated Bank"?
Which version of the U.S. Constitution Article IV are we referencing on the Non UCC? The 1787?

How can I obtain a roll, or really any at all, Registered Mail stickers with the Registered Mail number on them. Most Post Offices won't give them out for you to take home.

We used to be able to get them from the Fidelity website. It listed all the names/companies and countries along with the bonds and $$ value. My SSN had over 700K of bonds against that #.

Do you have a video where I can first claim my monies so that I can start getting responses and getting credits towards my utilities when I write these coupons cuz they're not going through when I wrote letters to the CEOs with the coupons and this is twice that I did it and they're not even responding or talking to me or anything you're just sending me another statement and threatening to shut me down. It wasn't a choice to pick that so I just chose non-profit and then I wrote on the Ein individual Banker to handle a bank you know financial asset transfers for my private bank
You had mentioned that we OWN the DEBTOR. Is this because we are the Trustor of the Cestui que via Trust?
Your Private bank is the secured party of the Debtor, you control the bank.

If I don’t have my eins yet can I still try to renegotiate a contract ? Like right now the county tryna collect on an old ticket I got for my drivers license being suspended and they sent a lawyer to email me tryna collect but I told the lawyer they had no right to contact me as a third party with no skin in the matter

Went back k to usps Fri, signed the green card that was on my non ucc register mail .. it was signed by carrier and the whole thing ps3811 was still attached unsigned, I took back signed in front of usps supervisor, I asked it be sent back through the system as it is supposed to be, but there's no stamp that it was . All others previous that I have done is post marked, but this one isn't. Any ideas? Also I contacted oig, it takes 3 plus weeks to hear from them and they said they cannot give me postmaster name and address... I'm ready to spill blood tbh
Did you speak to the Post Master about that? I believe that's a federal offense, they will be fired on the spot. It's worth talking to them about it and making them aware of the 'value' of the job they are performing. They should perform this for you cost free. We have to remember these corps operate by white paper/black ink. Everything must be documented.

Go to the MAIN POST OFFICE, ask for the Post Master. You may be at a "Postal Service" side. Don't go in asking anything other than for the Post Master.

The routing number was asked twice and I am STILL confused. Your EIN number is the account number (for each acct- individual, estate and FGT) but the routing number is ?????

1. Private Individual Banker Ein = This EIN will be the Account Number for my Real Bank
line 9A Other (specify) put Non-Profit Organization
2. Private Bank = Real Bank (put all your things in this Bank} My Estate Ein & My Foreign Trust Ein will be inside of this Private Bank The IRS lets you do this

My Estate Number and My foreign granter trust(Foreign Trust) 98 series Ein Number are routing numbers for
98 Foreign Grantor Trust (Foreign Trust)Ein = my savings account Number
My Estate Ein = Checking Account
A. Savings Account = Only transfer securities/ assets to the savings account and Only transfer to the Checking account
B. Checking Account = ONLY than you should buy what you need from the checking account ONLY
3. Private Banker Ein = Account Number ( put all your assets in it)
I believe they are both considered routing numbers to your bankers EIN -acct #.. depending on which acct has the money you'll use the according routing number.
There is only one routing # for the Treasury, I googled it. The godhead is the account #, the estate is checking and the fgt is savings. They will all have the same routing # I think as we all will. The routing # directs the funds to the appropriate place, the accounts speak of where to store it once it gets there. Did anyone get clarity on this? Thanks

I got a 98 fgt number but i used canada as the country and found out they are a hague country what kind of effect will that have in this process
Hague /Non- Hague doesn't matter... It's U.S./non-U.S. address. One can have a foreign (Canadian) "physical" address with a domestic (US soil) MAILING address. All correspondence will be sent to the mailing address. Hope this helps.

Do you know for a fact that these coupons don't work because my electric has been shut off my my water has been shut off for 2 days I can't even go to the bathroom I can't take a shower I can't wash my stuff at all

irs filed a lien at the local county courthouse (NFTL 6/'21). Now, on the 'face' of the document there is a 9 digit serial #.
Now, the local county courthouse placed THEIR own docket number (addt'l) # on the NFTL. Then, the court clerk mailed a notice to me FROM THE LOCAL COURT. Then, , irs agent Certified Mailed the filed lien to me (us).
Is that the local courthouse securitizing/monetizing the irs lien for THEMSELVES(local courthouse)?

That does not matter. Fill out your own SS-4 for your records with that info. IRS only records the legal name and the business.

Through your state’s Secretary of State office. It should be in the Apostille/Authentication dept. Use a non-Hague convention country.
