- Mr. Vinod Prakash Goel is a former officer of the Indian Engineering Services and has served the Ministry of Defense, Government of India. He also held senior managerial positions with private companies in India and abroad before setting up a business in engineering, manufacturing and contracting. V.P. Goel is an M.Tech. from IIT Kharagpur and B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering (Honors) from Banaras Hindu University. In the years 1999 and 2000, he was awarded the Gold Medals for Jyotish Alankar and Jyotish Acharya at the Institute of Astrology, Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, New Delhi. V.P. Goel has been teaching Vedic Astrology for many years. He has written several books on varied subjects in Jyotish.

Sanjay Rath Did a research on rettogression and said.....Retrograde planet gives result exactly of the 7 th house from that planet.....if planet is in 1 St house retrograde....will give result of being in 7 th house......that's why i guess exalted retrograde planet gives result of debilitated planet.....and debilitated retrograde planet gives result of exalted planet.
In Lata Mangeshkar jis chart .....exalted Mercury retrograde is in 5 th house....which will actually move to 11 th house.....and 11 th house mercury is called ati vishist karak grah..... despite of any rashi .....11 th house mercury is considered good ......
Sir, Lata mangeshkar received bharath ratna in 2001. And during that time she was probably in her sun or moon dasha.

@@shikharmakhijavigyavastuna7738 what ever he teaches will be something different...but I must say one thing ...just look at mercury degree....it's the most critical part...it's sitting on yogtara of spica...if this was 4 degree less or more she wouldn't have been so popular....

@@drmayank1 What is yogtara I have retrograde exalted mercury in 11th house at 19 degrees for scorpio ascendant ? How to check results now ? And mercury on nakstra of moon where moon is in 2nd house and no planets are expecting mercury ! How will this mercury behave now ?

I do not find any thing meaningfull than advertising of his seminar , the Lata Mangeshkar Mercury is in Libra retograde, as per KP ayanasha adoption it will move to Virgo by Lahari , only one incident will not explain the results till the person concerned do not say about the results, Lata Mangeshkar may have all the negative results leaving one Award known to public.
