thanks Stuart for your great videos on golf swing.the ice skater analogy really hits home for me, and now I try that on my downswing as much as possible.

This is a great video and to have Sergio reinforce the pull down concept is a great testimony to the transition. Thanks for the info!

I have watched countless videos on the golf swing here on RUclips and your explanation is by far the best and most accurate backed up by the gears 3D. It’s a shame you don’t have more. subscribers.

thanks Jay, I found that when researching and trawling through RUclips over the years the best information I found had very little subscribers, so it is a shame that most golfers will not see the good stuff through all the clickbait. Having the backup of GEARS and how the GForce Swing Trainers work based around sound Physics and Mechanics principles is priceless :-) Hopefully more people will start to listen, thanks

The ice skater comparison makes a lot of sense, great video 👍🏻👍🏻

thanks Simon, the ice skater physics applies if you are too wide coming down instead of narrow (AKA casting) and if you are too much out to in which puts your arms and hands too far away from your body (AKA over the top)
Either way if your arms get away from your body in the transition / downswing you will have a hard time turning your hips out of the way.
We can see in 3d Sergios hands and arms stay very close to his body coming down. Both of these faults are addressed in this video for everyone to try :-)

All the 'clickbait' talks about the 'magic, secret, or hidden move', which will of course transform your golf - it does not exist in my mind. That said, if there was such a concept then this is it. Great video tutorial, thanks Stuart. I might even invest in the GForce swing trainer.

thanks Ray, the swing trainer will be worth it, you get lots of ongoing free training, weekly videos and email support if you need some help or have any questions. The swing trainer gives you valuable feedback from the feeling through the shaft and ball flight. Helps with Rhythm, Tempo, Transition, Timing, Swing Path and Release, check out all the free training on my website... www.gforcegolf.com :-)
