I found a great way to hard boil eggs without an instant pot....use a steamer insert in your pot, fill to just below the insert, boil the water, then put in the eggs, and low boil for exactly 20 minutes. Cool under cold running water, and peel....its so awesome! No ice bath necessary and perfectly peeled eggs every time for me!
My stove is black on top to and even windex won't shine it and remove the streaks. I have to use furniture polish. I like the behold brand in citrus because it smells so good. 💖💖
I love making peanut butter cookies roll them into a ball put them in a mini muffin pan and then push a miniature Reese cup down in the center and bake them. they are delicious! that was actually the first cookie that I made for the 12 days of Christmas cookies videos

I know we have one flavour in Canada that's different but can't remember what it was. If you do happen to have the praline latte I definitely recommend it. It's not as sweet as the other flavours I find. And I love the toppings they use for that one.

Fed Ex has dont the mailbox thing with me too and my mailbox is 100+ feet from the house and you cant even see it from the house. I contacted the vendor that ships with Fed Ex and told them if they couldnt deliver to my door I would not order from the vendor again. They put a note in with Fed Ex and I havent had that problem again.

Those PB cookies look yummy! I found a really easy recipe if you ever are in a hurry....1 cup of PB, 3/4 c of sugar and 1 egg. Roll them in sugar and flatten. 8 mins and they are done!

FedEx is horrible! I had a package that said it was delivered but I knew it wasn’t because I was outside with the kids playing in the snow when it supposedly got left. I had such a hard time reaching a person to talk to about it on the day of, so I waiting till the next day to deal with it again and then we finally found out that it got delivered to the next street over. I had my husband go get it and he said they just left it out in the rain and snow so the box was trashed. It was expensive work boots so it was a bit annoying.

I used to love the Toffee Nut Latte, but I haven’t seen that one in a really long time. Those booties are totally adorable. I need a pair like that but in black. I have a pair of faux suede black booties from Forever 21 that are partially covered in gold studs - they are cute but fairly uncomfortable. I need a pair of comfy ones. I just got a pair of Santana beige suede booties that are so comfy and I got them at my favorite consignment shop for $20. I saw the same ones at TJ Max on sale for $10 more. The only wear on them were on the souls and there was barely any wear at all. I wish they had them in black too! Mae, the owner of the store, has a client who is constantly bringing in new designer clothes with either the labels still on them or in extremely new condition and if you get there right after she puts the clothes on the floor, you get really great deals. If there are any left at the time of the bag sale, you get incredible deals. I made a batch of dark chocolate cookies from Martha Stewart’s Cookies book last night and the timing on the baking was way-off. I’ve never been a.big fan of her recipes - they never work that well for me. They were tasty but the timing was WAY OFF. They were supposed to have dried cherries and chocolate chips in them but I used mint candy baking chunks from Aldi instead and they are totally delicious. Everyone’s oven is different - what take 9-11 minute in her oven took 11-14 minutes in mine. Still very good.
