Bruh I’m amazed at the simplicity! My son loves science and so did I but was never a big electric fan my brother is however and so is my son! My kid is young but I can’t wait to show him these ideas! He’ll win the science fair for sure!
At 2:01 your video clearly shows (as printed on the battery) that the smaller post is +, yet at 2:08 you show in your video that the larger post is + and you attach the red lead to it.
Great video, exactly what I was looking for...a safe way of etching which doesn’t utilize a BATTERY CHARGER and 50 AMPS at 120 VAC!!! Good Lord kids... NEVER DO THAT!!!
You didn’t say that you have to add salt to the water. A few days ago, I did etching on a coffee cup just like yours, which was the same design. First I used a 9V battery, which took a lot of time, then I did etching with a 12V 150AH battery, which worked well.
the metal bottle could get a charge of high volt charge. Then we could get a shock also, then for avoiding from getting a shock by wearing rubber gloves we could do that work.
There isn’t sufficient voltage to shock you through the bottle using the same battery as is being used in this video. It’s only 9 volts! Also the amperage isn’t enough to barely feel, let alone hurt you. Don’t use rubber gloves for protection against burns. You’re safer with leather welders gloves.

As always science & addology are perfect combination. .....awesome
Cool idea but the rubbed part looks a bit too messy- also can you explain what the battery voltage does?
Volatage and amps.. 6 9 12 v and 1to2 amps good for decent Etching process... Actually it helps to remove more material from the surface...
How long will the battery etch?
And how often would you need to change out the
Awesome Bhai😀👌
yes bro
Can the same process be used with other metals. Eg brass or aluminium or only stainless?
4 min wasted time..
I wasted 2, I watch at 2x speed + 30 sec on commenting
Wow So Nice Amazing 😍😍
U r the best RUclips ever
Does the vinyl sticker paper have to be white or transparent?
You indicated the polarity of the battery wrong. Small terminal is positive..
haha seriouly? i want my time back
Well done! I want to ask that can I do it on Milton stainless steel bottle.
Awesome.Great bro ☺️☺️☺️☺️
What do u use to make a sticker of the drawing?
For stronger etch solution, try sodium hydroxide. Try 1 part s.h. to 9 parts h2o.
Been using my vinyl cutter to make the stencils to do some custom etching. This works brilliantly.
Can I use a rechargeable 9 volt battery instead of a regular one?
Thats dope! 😀😊
Good life hack 👍✅
very cool idea bro
Hi
0:36 I dont have any earbuds will airpods work?
😂😂😂😂
Omg u were very brilliant in the world
Plz pin me
Would higher volts or amps improve the result? 🤔🤔
Try again with an 18650 or 21700 battery!
Does it works on a stainless steel?
ill be honest i thought it would have come out better the template was on point.
Started out as Ironman and finished as Jadon Statham…
Who would’ve guessed 🤷🏻♂️
Will this work for copper as well?
Fracking AMAZING!!!!👻
You are great love from png
Love from jpeg
Amazing idea👍👍👍
Nice man
what metals does this work on
Hi, may I ask what voltage battery to use?.. And does it work on any kind of metals?
voltage, 9 volts. And yes, it works on any conductive metal, although I've seen steel gives the best results
Can we do for black metal bottle?
If its metal but its prob paint. Youd have to use orange stripper or there is a way to do with acid. Many good videos on you tube.
Hw to get a more crisp outline?
Any മലയാളീസ് here

You from India
And Gujarat
1st nice video
Hey there,
House you created your intro?
Nice idea but aren't the polarities presented wrong?
say its a toss up weather the power of battery etches..or the acidity does
Nice but if more than 9 volts battery power. We can use 200-240 volts to complete the work faster.
Nice video bro
WELCOME TO MY DIY CHANNEL
But what was the mixture at the beginning??
Belive its just water.
Me im wondering if it works on glass as well or any other element the containers made out of.
It's just water. U add the salt to make it more conductive. Also this should work on any conductive materials.
Nice video
Your making best videos
Thank you for show in us
