I work on a farm and as you know there are thousands of grease fitting that need grease and i can see that this would be fantastic to have especially where i have good ole Arthur Ritis in my hands and fingahs lol.
Great video. When I first bought mine, I thought it was broke because I couldn't get off the tube but I was trying to remove the top and not where it screws into the unit. Also I didn't realize I was supposed to push the plunger in after I loaded the gun. I found this when I was searching about the light not going off and saw that it is build into the trigger lock. Bought mine a year ago at Home Depot and it's definitely the improvement on sliced bread. I no longer have to wrestle with holding the hose on the zerk and pumping it with my knee.

Got the Ryobi grease gun and loved it for 10 grease fittings then it blew the fitting between the hose and the gun. Actually pulled the aluminum threads right out so it wasn't fixable. According to H Depot reviews this has happened to others. It was out of stock so I just got a refund. Hope they fix this cause otherwise it was a very useful tool.
I bought one, used it and liked it, but now I can't remove my first cartridge to replace it. The rod with the T-handle won't pull out all the way to get it fit into the narrower slot. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
I figured it out. I made sure all the grease was unloaded. Then I pulled hard on the T-handle. It is very hard to pull out. I ultimately braced one end with my legs and pulled on the other end with the T-handle with my hands. Once you get the T-handle pulled out all the way, then you have to manage to move the rod over to the narrower slot to lock it in.
Thanks for sharing, might have to get one of those cuz I doubt the 15yr old 12V ni-cad battery on my generic 12V cordless grease gun is still serviceable. Haven't used it in a dog's age since I did a lube job on a DC-10 horizontal stabilizer. Besides I have 18V Ryobi Li-Ion batteries anyway.
Tried it today on my KENWORTH and when it gets stuck you have pull the thingy and push it back it and it starts working again. It’s ok I guess. I thought it would be better
Have one and never don't care about losing time to grease semi truck and trailer on the shops . 20 min job with Ryan save me hours waiting in the shops
I bought one of these. When I went to load it the first time I pulled out the rod and the rod broke! I went flying across the shop backwards! I will take it back. It is a special order item and not carried in the store. I am not happy at all.

Just bought one....well I bought the twin battery pack & got the grease gun free. So far works great. Great video on how to load gun.
turn the plunger after installing the tube. WHAT A GREAT SUGGESTION. I COULD NEVER GET THE SHAFT TO GO IN AND NOW IT DOES. LOVE THE VIDEO
I have a John Deere and a ton of uses for this machine. Added a LockNLube coupler. Now it's complete!

Holding it between my legs and pulling up worked for me. 125 lb old lady. 😅
