Not just harassment but domestic violence, stalking, molestation, acid attack compensation, etc........in total there are 45+ legal provisions that are openly biased towards men
In fact, our country doesn't even have a Men's commission
There is a women's commission, children's commission, commission for senior citizens, even a specific department for animals, but absolutely nothing for men aged 18-59 years
Just last week Supreme Court refused to entertain a PIL which raised issues of domestic violence against men, abnormally high numbers of suicides amongst married men, & the need for formation of a men's commission......the court flat out refused to even hear the appeal

This movie surely did not age well. Like when I watched this movie as a kid I was so happy about the whole ending and storyline and now I'm like WTF !!!!! This movie has a special connect. Aitraaz was the first movie I ever went to watch in cinema (with family ofc.) when I was 8 years old. Today, the Aitraz that I watched in 9m35s was in a different dimension. Hats off to Bollywood for making 2 films in 1. Kudos to OnlyDesi for releasing the second movies. 👏👏👏

6:15 that part of why the r*pe scene didn't feel like r*pe, i saw a standup comedian atif mohd aziz do a standup (saste nashe and indian serials) where he said when he was writing a r*pe scene the channel people asked it to be written and shot aestically instead of showing how the actress felt during and after r*pe, the psychological damage she had after that and all, i think this applies to many indian movies too, they just started showing female r*pe cases seriously in movies from the last decade i guess and male r*pe and harrasment is still shown as a joke ex: this movie and badrinath ki dulhania and false r*pe accusations are also shown as a joke (especially in south movies) except for the movie section 375 as of what i know,even now male r*pe is not considered a crime by Constitution. This movie never showed what akshay's character felt while being almost assualted and then being filed for fake r*pe case, i guess we have long way to go to make such movies. Sorry for my bad english
