My favourite concept of quantum physics has always been Soundsmith's Bad Pipes. Where Soundsmith's Unusual Demoman Taunt simultaneously both exists and doesn't exists at the same time. It is only by accessing the inventory or equip slot does the taunt decide to be, or not be, a reality.
