      Lol, same here. I can barely touch my ankles and my splits still don't touch the floor completely, now I'm trying to do the scorpion lol
      And my bridge looks more like a table than anything else

    I feel like my arm's too short, because every time I try a scorpion, I kind of pull my leg on its own, and I feel like my arm is rather pulling it down than up. Any way to fix it?

      I'm not quite sure what you're describing, but one thing that helped me is that whenever I grabbed my foot, I would push my foot against my hand and it would rise without my hand's help. This is just something that worked for me! Hope it helped!

      I think grab on to a object and pull it or have a friend push it I do all of those stuff

      If you have short arms try pulling your leg higher up rather than reaching your hand down. I had a friend help me balance with helped me get my foot up higher and get into the scorpion

      Truly imagining your shoulders can move up and down, create a space between your shoulders and back by opening them up

    Any tips on how to relieve the pain from an overstretched back?

      After having pain, I don't know. But you should do lots of abs after stretching your back. Every time you strech, remember to release the tension by bending it in the opposite way, and then do some abs.

      Try using a foam roller on your stomach or back! It's soooo relaxing after stretching!

      U do front stretches like a pike stretch u should always do front stretches after doing some stretches it prevents sore from your body

    I have never been able to get my scorpion. My right splits are super flexible but I have horrible back and arm flexibility. Nothing seems to help. What else can I be doing to get this pose?

      Try anna mcnulty 2 week needle challenge(the advanced back stretch is better you'll get your needle quicker)

    Can I just say that I have a one year experience of ballet which I had done long ago and I have never been any type of gymnast but ever since I’ve followed and practiced ur video workouts i have become more flexible and am really close to doing a scorpion. So your videos have helped a lot thank u❤️

      Same! It's so frustrating because I have my needle but I can't show it off because I just fall. Even when I spot and lock out my knee, I always fall over. :(

      Face the wall and lightly push the wall With your hands. Lift the leg up (that you would do your scorpion with) and just hold it in a lib. Then, go on your tip toes for 3 seconds, and then go down. (With ur other leg still up) do this 30 times each leg. It helps with balancing! Do it every day

      @@janordahl see that I would try that but I do that and more without a wall or bar at dance 4 times a week and I've been dancing for 3 years but I still can't balance :(

      @@macey2486 it's ok, everybody is different! It comes with patients :D just practice standing in a lib for as long as you can. Count while you do it. Try to beat ur time each day. That works too 👍

      You probably have a flexible back and shoulders. I can also do a scorpion, but I don't have my splits either and I don't have a really flexible back. I think it's because my shoulders are pretty flexible lol.

    Holy man
    I really tried to get the scorpion and didn't know why I couldn't do it, because it seemed that I had the flexibility for it. After watching Alivia go into it like 20 times I got that I needed to tilt forwards while bringing the leg behind. Took me a while to figure out, just putting it out there if someone gets stuck and can't get it.

    I follow along to this stretching routine everyday it has only been 3 days and I am doing a month the see if I get my scorpion!! On the first day I couldn’t even do anything like not even close and now I can do it a little bit but it’s terrible but at least I am making progress! In a month I will tell you guys if I got it and if I don’t I will stretch for another month!!
