It was The West End but still…I have a theory about why she never got cast, I’d love to hear some feedback on it. I’m wondering if, during auditions, her singing was good but her acting was sub-par (I’m guessing because Sydnie’s true self would shine through too much and overtake the character she was supposed to portray). 🤔🤷🏼♀️
I'm 75 years old and have NEVER in my life have experienced anyone like her. Her voice so gentle at times and then so full has a fantastic quality to it, her love of the lyric is obvious and her sheer enjoyment while singing has given me in my old age new hope in the arts. May the stage embrace her so that many will get the oppurtunity to hear her live.

But I feel it's a good thing that some people prefer her version to Sinatra's, masters are meant to be surpassed, otherwise the world would fall into estagnation, wouldn't it?
