Can you share how to find, and join groups on LinkedIn? I must be missing something, because I was told Linkedin had groups like Facebook groups, but I cannot seem to locate any groups.

When you type in a keyword like “virtual assistant” into the search bar and hit enter, tabs will pop up (under the seat bar) that say “post,” “people,” and “groups.” Click on groups.
