I love my Monument Grill gas grill. You are correct when you say they come in handy for those quick cooks. I used it last night for that very same reason. It was cold and dark outside and we wanted to make some of my brisket burgers that I had frozen up. Threw them on, cooked them up and an and we were eating in no time with minimal cold exposer due to me being able to watch from the back door for the most part 😉It's super cool you have Monument Grills having you, PoorGuy testing their products 👍
