Probably because of the price. i5 and ryzen 5 are roughly the same price (at least where I am from) however the ryzen5 has a little bit less power than the i7. Also if you are purely going for a GAMING pc then some people are fine with even putting an i3 in there.

@@euanreekie7201 If you want you can get the micro atx version of the tomahawk max, the Mortar Max. If you want a smaller case I'd 100% recommend that.
More than you could ever need. Depending on if you want to play at competitive settings (lowest detail, highest view distance) or with everything turned up to the max or not.

Steel legend doesn't have a 5V ARGB header. Only 12v RGB
