Archdiocese of Bombay - Loneliness | Fr Godfrey D'sa SDB

We are a generation that can have anything and everything we want and yet we find ourselves more secluded than ever! Loneliness is often thought of as a transient feeling, brought on by a change of circumstance: a geographical move, the ending of a romantic relationship, losing a close family member, and, like puberty, many think it can simply be outgrown. However, loneliness doesn’t always pass away after a few weeks or months.
Fr Godfrey D'sa SDB explains the effects of loneliness, how it can become a pervasive state and the need for each one of us needs to feel connected with others in order to overcome it.
This session will be followed by the Devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, presided over by Fr Richard Crasto.
