Does your pump cut in only when the pressure drops? Id like to add a pump to my system but instead of directly feeding to a hose it would be pressuring about 30' of PVC pipe that had hose connections on the ends. I'm worried about the pump always being on and burning out....
+TheOkalanedca Ok sorry I have yet to figure out how to get notified of these comments, but to answer your question, many pumps have a built-in pressure switch that will keep the pressure but automatically shut off when no water is being used. I have used Shurflo Revolution pump, either the 12v for RVs or the 115v. I have also used other pumps and added a pressure switch or just a manual one, but the built-in ones work great and are well worth it.
