Great video, great channel. I saw you both at lunch time today walking through Surfers! It's always good to see fellow Brits here :) Do you have any plans to view houses at Sovereign Islands? Billionaire Clive Palmer owns a big house there. If you do, make sure you also pop across to Salacia Waters/Paradise point, for a coffee or beer; it's probably one of the most scenic cafe's/bars in Australia, but many people don't know it's there. It's one of the first places I lived when I first moved to Australia several years ago. It's a beautiful place that looks over some of the most amazing natural river views, with frequent visits from the local dolphins. Just to add some context to 2 other videos you did. 1. The house you viewed at Paradise Place in Surfers Paradise, QLD, Australia, is next to where I live (Budds Beach) looks out over Macintosh Island, which is where Jackie Chan lives. 2. The apartment you viewed at number one, Deansgate, Manchester, UK, is where Ryan Giggs lives. A few Manchester United and City players live there. I used to live in the big tall one just down the road, called Bethams Tower. I lived a couple of floors down from Gary Nevil. You can't escape Manchester United ex/players. They are everywhere. Hehe!
@@ahmadfaisal6267 I live there , for most of the year its too hot!! Skin cancer is the highest on the globe!! Skin cancer check up clinics everywhere!!!
What about the build? Like what about insulation material? Foam boards? What's inside the walls if anything? What about glass thickness of the windows? What glass rating are we looking at when it comes to noise level and insulation level? Double glass, triple glass? What kind of flooring is it? Is the property well vented in the bathroom to avoid mold etc? What heating/cooling system is in place, can you show the machinery to give the viewers some ideas? Point is, there are like tons of channels like this now where people show properties, but none seem to talk about the build itself, just the looks. This is what the consumers are interested in before buying/renting and so on, could be wise find out about the build to give us an idea about construction itself
do you really think a you tube video is going to talk about that?????? c'mon, it you want that info and your serious about buying it contact the developer
I’m still so excited to see you guys showing the Gold Coast. I was living at the towers of chevron renaissance when they were building the Soul and watched it grow. So nice to have a good look at the sun penthouse. If I see you around town I’m going to have to get a selfie with you and give you both a big hug 🤗
Wow your channel has grown so much in the last year!!! I remember watching your videos when you had under 10k subs! Keep going! You’re doing amazingly well ❤️
It is a nice place, but I think it will be suited to people who love to live high up. I prefer a house with a garden and no elevators and no service fees. But properties high in the clouds sell quickly!
Nice, but they should have done another huge balcony in the kitchen dining area as that where you spend most if your time. Not bad for 4m tho in today's market with that view 👌
As much as I hate heights and deep water (even on video, not even in person (I'm worse!) this apartment does look fantastic value @Matt & Summer another great property tour 👌👏🙏
Beaches are world class in Australia, although the Californian beaches are stunning too (Highway 1 is hard to beat). Come to the Gold Coast, drive for an hour down to Byron Bay (eastern most point of Australia) and check out the coast line around the lighthouse. The whole region is very nice. Rainforests, beaches, waterfalls.
@@henrylawson430 yes for me its not only about how beautyfull a beach is. Its about the beach lifestyle like newport beach is really a nice beachlifestyle the homes, people and beach just comes very good together idk how it is in australia. I only see beautyfull beaches in australia but i dont really feel the vibe but yeah im only looking true youtube
keep, in mind it's a rental now... it is designed for durability not style. I agree when someone buys it as a primary residence they should renovate, but if you buy it as an someone property it is turnkey!
If it wasn't for Australias dodgy spiders and if I had a spare 4million Australian dollars I'd be tempted its a beautiful apartment those views are amazing I actually live in a seaside town i live a mile away from the sea the sea air wafting against your face nothing better seriously if you have the money go for this apartment sea air is beautiful im not the owner but if this helps and they want to give me a percentage I wouldn't say no
Tony, really the spiders are not that bad and if you are in the city or suburbs you hardly see any. I live in the suburbs and it's fine and I absolutely hate spiders. It's the snakes that worry me, I wouldn't live in the tropics or the country. Pythons don't worry me it's the venomous ones that I am concerned about because I have animals. Somewhere like this would be fine, if only we could afford it.
Hi Sue, have a look at the outside, how it is set into the wall I think it looks like a fridge/freezer with two sides, I think the green drawers in the side she opened were for vegetables not the freezer section. I just had a look at the bookings page and there are vents under both doors that you need for a fridge/freezer. Plenty of room. Wouldn't it be lovely to have the money to rent or buy it? That view is amazing.
@@shanie7192 Well spotted about the vents. 3 salad drawers - I'd be happy with that! Yes, I think that is the most incredible view of any place I've ever seen. I'd enjoy staying there.
Great apartment the glass screens on balcony are rubbish horrible don't show off ocean at all whoever destroyed that beautiful view needs to go back to the drawing board

A large apartment that isn't the top floor basically. Penthouses take up the whole top floor. Subs are around 2 per floor on the few floors below the top.
The more you travel the more you realize how ridiculous stuff like this is...may as well flush it down the toilet...waste of capital in one stroke of the pen..
After what Australia did to their own people During the virus I don't want to go anywhere near that country😢😢😢. The Australian people had every right to rise up they should have overthrounded government really😅
bruh what. As an Australian we are completely fine. We had almost no deaths from COVID and almost the whole country minus Melbourne and Sydney have been completely free and out of lockdowns. You say our government oppressed us but then you look at the United States and how the National Guard - the literal military - was deployed and on multiple cases killed its own citizens, on top of the millions of COVID cases. We may have had the longest lockdowns, but our government wasn't killing anyone and we had practically no cases either.
Incredible apartment…. Of course 4M Aussie Dollars is expensive BUT that’s around £2M …… for the size … incredible value ….. 👍
Amazing views, however apartment seems a bit outdated.

I don't know much about Australian real estate but this seems like a very good deal for the size of the place, amenities, balconies etc.

Nice ☀️
👌 Wow
Nice videos of the Gold Coast. If you want to show some nice houses in a country area not far from Brisbane try Samford, and Daybora.
Did the downstairs bedroom have an ensuite bathroom.
No, it didn't, I thought it should, maybe have a smaller office.
Gorgeous hotel. November this year for two weeks is $14k. Will look for dates next years Christmas as this is when we usually holiday in Queensland.
What city is this in Australia? How come i don’t see any ppl on the beach?
Beautiful unit . How much is the average monthly rental for this apartment? or how much is the daily rate ?
Nice of you both to show up on your "own" channel for once! 😂
Hello Matt and Summer please can we see some modern luxury house mansion in Nottingham and surrey please thank you for your time love from jess Xxxxx
Very nice indeed but I preferred the riverfront home as I don’t like heights.
The 8th here.... nice content. much love from 🇰🇪

The fridge is way too small unless there was another one tucked away in all those cupboards. Apart from that, it was pretty epic.
I think you will find the other side is a freezer, plenty big enough.

4 mill, Airbnb. Sign me up.
Damn those are short ceilings. Sub penthouse with 8 foot ceilings is a sin.
