Do we have to also change the other interfaces? Mine still wont connect to the hotspot after i changed the ip and gateway . And if i try to get the ip and gateway from other phones it gives me different results of ip and gateway
To bad the zero 2 w chipset doesn't allow for packet injection or monitor mode. You may need an external wifi antenna. But otherwise should be good to go.

Well that's to the point 👉.. Raspberry pi boots, however it will not able to get the continuous power on high power consumption operations. And it will shutdown. Voltage would work as any mobile phone usb otg can give upto 5v power supply. However the issue would be of current amp's which is varying 100 mA to 600 mA, which should be more than 1.5A +
I get no power from my pi zero coming from my iphone no power at all and when i power the pi to connect to the iphones hot spot like sepultura nothing it does not connect even tho i also set it up on rpi imager as well. Please help
@@alexallmodelsmechanic did u check if you have a working otg adapter & cable? When pi will get the power, ur rpi led should blink. Try with a branded otg adapter.
@@alexallmodelsmechanic are you using pi 2 w? Hotspot should be wpa2 not wpa3, pls check that as well. And did you put the same password of the hotspot which was in the video?

You can just connect the raspberry pi into a cheap power bank and create a hidden hotspot in the pi itself and have it in your backpack or pocket.
