Testing avocado ink + iron water

In this short video, I’ll show you what effect I got when I mixed iron water with my ink that I made from the avocado seeds.
If you’re curious how to make iron water, it is water that has had rusty objects like nails and bits of rusty metal soaking in it for a couple of weeks.
The underwater changes the pH of the ink and therefore changes the colour. in this case the avocado ink goes from a deep red brown to a warm grey charcoal. Quite a beautiful colour.
