Was in Party City Springfield last nite & the manager left these poor kids behind behind the register & one kid kept calling for assistance on the intercom but the manager just ignored her while 20 plus customers backed up so bad that the other kid working there just simply quit & walked out! Manager still didn't come out & people were complaining about the poor girl behind the counter, after 20 minutes I walked out but felt bad for the young girl cashier! The Manager is totally responsible for the store & how ignorant to leave all the paying customers standing in line for well over 20 mins, she should be held accountable for her ignorance to the very people that make Party City what it is, the customers!
