Yes you can but you texture could be a little different since is a harder butter. Thanks for asking.
I didn't hear it mentioned, so I'm curious. Do you heat your water while you're melting your oils in the heated phase?
I always have heated them all to 160⁰ to kill any unexpected germs, molds, or fungus, then mixed the oil into the water. If I could skip the heated water phase, that would save so much time since I master batch 4000ml at a time.
You have to heat the water as well to get a good mixture. Thanks for asking and for watching!
