I agree about the fact that if you pay that much the saber should have sound! Ultrasabers had us all by the boys for a minute, didn’t they? Still a nice saber. Not my favorite but that’s ok. Looks like Ike is interested! 🤘🏻🧡🧡🤘🏻

I agree with allat. Wish they had at least basic sound, I liked this frank but it wasn't my favorite. I know, I like the idea of keeping it going...
US has some great Frankensabers. You have gotten some pretty cool ones. Love the claw on this one. Enjoy your videos!
Yeah, the Franks are my favorite US sabers. Some are a little underwhelming, but you're right I got some really good ones. I liked all 6 of the ones I have. Thanks for watching, good luck!

Jn 16:33 - A great message of hope. I am beginning to regret my first saber purchase now....went for a dueling pair of Shade V2's...but they're so simplistic compared to this style.
Nope, no regrets! I think LGT and specifically Crimson Dawn is the best value for features out there. That Shade also gives you plenty of room to customize. Easy to physically weather, chemically weather, etch, all kinds of options.

This is my fav frankensaber i’ve seen. It’s a very cool combination.
I like it, but I am more partial to some of the others I've gotten. I have have really lucky with Frankensabers. I will have 1 last Frankensaber to review in about s week and a half. The Dooku saber is one of my favorites. So I like that it's kind of a straight Dooku.
You aren't the first to point that out. I didn't think of it like that at first, but that claw does have a Dooku vibe to it. I like that idea of a non curved Dooku saber. Could be cool... Thanks for watching!

For $1300+ the bonus hilt shouldn’t be scratched unless true intended to be weathered, have RGB and should definitely have sound.
Agree 100! I think it was $1200 for the first 4 and $1300 for the last two, but the concept is still true. Full disclosure there were also 3 total free sabers before the Frankensaber. When they were $1200 the breakdown was: Spend $300 get a free Initiate ($50-$60 value), $600 free Grab Bag saber ($70 value), $900 free Mystery Box saber ($80 value), and $1200 free Frankensaber. The Initiate had a 24" blade, was usually an Initiate v2 in Guardian Blue. The rest had 36" blades. I usually ordered around 16 Mystery Boxes to get my Frankensaber. Every Mystery Box has a "chance" at getting a sound saber, but I never got a single sound saber from a mystery box when ordering during the Frankensaber promotion. I got some in smaller MB orders but never for the Frank orders. It turned until a diminishing return situation. I probably got most of my money back, but it was work on that last order.
I think they just started a new Frankensaber promoting last week actually

I agree, hence the reason I'm not buying anymore. I ordered a bunch of mystery boxes to get all of my Frankensabers. It gave me a lot of things to review and then I would sell most of the mysteries to get most of my money back. By the time of my last Frank order, they just got too hard to sell with all of the feature full LGT sabers available by American resellers at good prices. Thanks for watching!

I have about 15. I sold the rest. I bought most of the US sabers just to review, for unboxing videos, and to get the Frankensabers. I sold most all of them to try to break even and keep the Frankensabers for cheap or free.

I have to agree that with a more dark side look the guardian blue doesn’t suit it that well
I agree. The color of the blade only seemed to match the saber with the first 3 Franks I got, and I had wished that all of the blades in the cross guard saber matched. The last 3 all seemed to not match the saber. I think they just grabbed what was close at hand.

I understand that. I like it, but not as must as some of the others I've gotten.
I think if it had at least another 2 or 3 claws (total of 3/4 max) it would be better. That or remove the claw but that’s what I like and everyone is different.

I agree. My favorite part about US is the ability to mix and match the MHS compatability. The Frankensaber seems to be the best iteration of that concept. However, I doubt I'll get any more. I don't mind as much as a lot of people that they are large, but they are. The real reason I won't buy anymore has more to do with lack of innovation, too little too late when they decide to "innovate", lack of customer service, and expense. Thanks for watching!
I just bought my first lightsaber from Rebel sabers, it hasn't arrived yet, but hopefully it will be just the start of my collection. Also, is there any companies that specialize in making unique custome lightsabers?
There aren't a ton of companies that have complete custom saber options, probably more of a custom saber smiths. But there are some options to customize your own saber to make it unique. You can go to thecustomsabershop.com, they have custom MHS v1 and MHS v2 parts. You can mix and match parts from them, or use the MHS v1 parts to customize your Ultrasabers. There are places like Blu Bul's Outer Rim Saber parts too. Again you can mix and match all their parts or customize your LGT sabers. Also you can go to Saberforge and take a look at their ASP parts to make your own custom saber. They also sell Scratch and Dent boxes from time to time packed with random parts. Both the Custom Saber Shop and Saberforge have a parts builder in their websites so you can see what the parts look like together. One more customization idea could be some custom weathering. You'd be surprised how much some weathering can change the look of a saber. Thanks for watching, good luck!
